Five Guys at Arlington Virginia. This location is just like any other Five Guys out there. The Five Guys is located in a shopping center. There is free parking and the parking is right next to the fast food restaurant. Our visit was Tuesday July 4,2023.
When you are driving up to Five Guys. You just see a lot of other food places and shopping options. You walk into the store, You have your line of the left and a seating indoor option on the right. As you make your way to the cashier, You order you food. They have burgers, hot dogs, fries etc. when you are ordering your food, You get to pick what is on your burger. They have a lot of options to put on your burger. After you done with you burger or hot dog, You can add a side like fries and a drink or even a milkshake. After you order is done then you wait for your food and enjoy the meal when it’s finish from the inside or bring it on a go.
The staff was friendly and very nice. They was really busy to interact with. You can tell they was working really hard. The cashier had a great smile and can really enjoy their job. We didn’t have any issue with the staff members.
The place was really clean. As we was waiting for our food. The manager even came and ask the crew member to clean the area. You can tell they are serious about being clean at Five Guys. The bathrooms was also clean. They did a good job being clean and very fresh during our visit.
The food was delicious! The fries was seasoned very well and the burger was very tasty. I ordered the bacon burger with barbecue sauce, mayo, jalapeños, cheese and fried onions. As you bite right into the burger, you can taste how delicious and well cooked the meat was. It was definitely a good burger but we did spend $36.68 for two burgers and fries and to me that’s really high. I understand inflation and that’s the restaurant is in a high living area but the price was kinda outrageous. We did waited about 18 minutes for our burgers and fries. The place was not that busy either.
The area is definitely safe. You are in a good area to go to this Five Guys. We felt safe the entire time we was there.
The Five Guys was great and very professional. They was clean and very maintained. They did amazing job. Yes the food is pricy but we do recommend this...
Read moreThis was my first time trying Five Guys and I was absolutely tickled by the fact that they supply their customers with free peanuts to eat while waiting for their food. I had always wanted to try Five Guys fries (I literally went just for the fries) and boy did it live up to the hype! It is now my favourite place to get fries, and I love how there's so many fries just sitting at the bottom of the bag, not in the full container.
I liked how it's an open concept kitchen so we can see directly what the workers are doing to get everything ready.
My boyfriend had ordered a vanilla shake as well but by the time we got our fries, we told the worker that we hadn't received the shake yet so she poured one out for us. As we were munching on a few fries at a table (gotta try it while it's hot!) a different worker called us over to give us our shake. When we told her we already got it, she let us keep that second one anyway. Thanks for the great experience and...
Read moreIf you think placing an app/web order will help; It won't. I placed an order via a app for pick-up, I was passing through on my way to pick up my daughter. I placed the order at 14:28, it was supposed to be ready at 14:35. At 14:45 I'm asking for my money back as I have to go. Takes the Mgr. 2 min to come to the front, she goes back to the back to get another Mgr, who then tells me I have to call Corporate to get a refund, because it's a web order. He tries to tell me that it was ready at the prescribed time. I told him if that was true why am I asking for a refund now 10 min to the hour?
I've used the app before for a Five Guy's in DC. I'd place my order and walk a block and a half, during lunch hour, and half the time it would be waiting for me. This place is slow, and there was only 1 customer waiting for food...
