I have never felt more disrespected in a fast food restaurant in my life. Every time I said an item I was ordering, she said “that’s it, right nothing else when literally I had just ordered one tiny sandwich and I was still having to order for my friend standing right next to me. The whole interaction just felt so rude and she just really made me feel like she wanted me to go away like it was my fault that she came to work today. honestly what pissed me off even more is that she never asked me for sauce and when I came up, they never offered the sauce for my chicken tenders. That’s literally such a crucial piece of the meal. And it’s just such a bad taste of service in my mouth that honestly I want to go back to speak to a manager and tell them exactly who treated me like that because after she kind of brushed me away with her hand to go away and wait for my food somewhere else. I, as one of their returning customers, used to visit this store frequently. Most of service team members there know me, but recently this team seems changed and a lot of new faces joining in. It should be good, but now, I changed my mind to stop going there. Last week, I went there dine-in, asked them politely and spoke clearly to order 2 strawberry pies, but they gave me 1 strawberry pie and 1 apple pie. It’s Okay, and I know sometimes mistakes may happen. I didn’t ask for refund or blame their careless work. I forgave them. Today,about 2hrs ago, I went there again. Ordered same things, 2 strawberry pies. They just gave me 2 apple pies without saying anything, not telling me there’s no more strawberry ones. Read moreI’ve always enjoyed going to this Popeyes location since it’s just a 5-minute drive from my house. Tonight, my husband and I decided to stop by and order some fresh chicken. I requested that the chicken be fresh, and both the staff and the manager assured me that the chicken at Popeyes is always fresh.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as great as expected. The manager’s response seemed dismissive, with a slightly sarcastic tone, which I didn’t appreciate. When we got home, we were very disappointed. The fries were old, and even the Sprite didn’t taste right, as it was clear the syrup had run out. To make matters worse, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for a while—it was far from fresh. This was around 9 PM, near closing time, but I believe it’s still important to check that everything is in good condition, especially when the store isn’t busy.
