I go to Starbucks every morning and they always end up making my day a little brighter... until I went to this location one morning. Before I get started.. if you cannot exceed the expectations of Starbucks costumer service, then maybe that’s a sign to take the day off to refresh as everyone has bad days. They made me have a frustrating an upsetting day after the drive thru worker had a bad attitude while taking my order and proceeded this attitude as I got to the window. I then looked in the back at my puppy who was giving me a puppy dog eyes as he was waiting for his pup cup that they normally offer after seeing him. I didn't get offered so I asked for one and she said "mmmm I can't make charges at the window sorry" with an attitude. First of all, there is no charge. It is completely free. Then, I called them and asked why I got refused my pup cup and they had said that there is a "new policy" which states that you cannot add on things at the window even if they are free. I then called corporate and they said that they lied to me and there is no policy that states that. I then had my friend test it out and order another free item at the window, a water, and they gave her this free item. So they aren't even following their made up policy an hour after refusing me MY free...

There were four other people in the restaurant when the manager, Anthony, asked my daughter-n-law to leave with her kids. Said it was his principal that they were being to loud.(the 15 mo old was walking around and we had to keep bringing her back to the table. Yes, she was testing her independence.) she was not crying at all. After they left, I asked the manager who complained and he said “no one, it’s my store and I set the policys. ” So please don’t take your kids to this store. Read moreThe customer service here was outstandingly bad. When I was ordering my drinks, the male barista was noticeably rude and seemed irritated. I was judged for the amount of espresso shots i ordered in my drink, which i felt was very unprofessional. Then at the pickup window, I politely asked for a straw, and he responded with, “Next time you need to ask earlier,” in an annoyed tone.
