Bombay Burgers — Restaurant in Bakersfield

This food truck posted up at Polo park one day and we were hungry. So glad it was there because Oh my God are the loaded curry fries delicious! By far one of the best things I've eaten in Bakersfield. The depth of flavor is incredible and and had some good heat (spice) spread out in the fries. Every Saturday my daughter has soccer and every Saturday since eating this I have left disappointed because the truck has not been back. If you happen to stumble upon this truck give it a try and I guarantee you'll be keeping an eye out for it every week after.

Update! How are there not lines around the corner for this truck? The loaded fries, the bombay burger, and my new favorite the fig burger! The Husband and wife team are super sweet and get your orders out quick. Please understand that some of the flavors are slightly different than most people are used to on a burger, like cucumbers on them but they complement everything so well. Oh annnnd TRY THE DAMN FIG BURGER! So so good and still only my second favorite...

Had the amazing Bombay bacon burger. Great burger, even if you don't like Indian food. It had just enough flavor to make it special, but not overwhelm a solid American burger. Good staff. Mist spraying in the seating area is a great idea in the Bakersfield...

My husband loves the bacon bombay burgers and my favorite is the Mumbai chicken with cheese. Curry fries are delicious and the people running it are very kind. I highly recommend the food if you want to try something new...
