I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, so I came to this place almost to midnight time on my day off working 6 days straight, lol. I was craving a BURGER and came to this place, and I haven't eaten dinner yet, lol. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out soon, Lord Willing. I randomly selected BIG ANGUS EL DIABLO DOUBLE BURGER. I Highly recommend to add Guacamole for sure or you can choose to add Pineapple if you like and recommend ordering an extra container of the burger sause that comes in the burger. And if you love fried zucchini, then definitely remember to ask for a special request to get your zucchini "Cooked to Order" so it will be super fresh. Overall wonderful place and atmosphere, and the customer service in the front window that was counting the money she was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and she shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time figure out what I wanted to order on the menu and she made sure everything was correct, so sorry if I forgot your name so keep up the good work from the time I was there at about 11 ish, you deserve a raise!. everything tasted fresh and was very fulfilling with massive portions in every bite of my Burger that clearly outbeats most if not all other fast food places because I'm CLEARLY getting the burger the same size and look at the photo on the screen and thats how a real Burger should look like, it was nice and Hot and super juicy and really nice crunch testure, the, the Zucchini are nicely seasoned and flaky and was not dry!!. Great price overall. Also, all the cooks or cook in the back and everyone else did an amazing job with the cooking today and everything and wonderful experience getting it at the drive-through at this location. You can park and come inside when they lobby is open or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or take out. They also have condiments to get or ask for them. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry going through drive-through. I have a few recommendations, more staff to maintain the tables when they are done being used so more people can sit down without waiting especially when it gets busy, I haven't experienced the bathroom but make sure to always check it every now and then so everything is in order. Overall Keep up the good work everyone and the people in the back, and whoever else that was working tonight, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirt uniforms and hats and name tags for all the employees....

Last Saturday we went to Carl's Jr and wanted to get there chicken and waffle sandwiches drove all the way home in lake Isabella and discovered we didn't get chicken and waffle sandwiches. For those two sandwiches we paid $14. And my chicken sandwich was cold on the inside. So I call knowing that mistakes do happen any quote unquote individual that claim to be a manager at that time so that they would have the main manager call us the next day about the problem. Well it's a week later and I haven't heard from a soul. No don't get me wrong Carl's Jr used to be one of the best burger joints there was. They didn't fry their burgers they grilled them and it gave it a much smokier and juicier flavor. And we love they're jalapeno poppers, one of the best on the market. Well went back in today and order this hand breaded chicken sandwich that I keep seeing on television and all kinds of articles nice and thick with all this flaky breading going all over the place. Well for the meal itself was almost 10 bucks but I kind of sort of knew that was going to happen problem was what did I get. First of all the sandwich was as hard as the sole on your boot, it was about quarter to a half inch thick not the 2 in thick that you see in TV and this "hand breaded" sandwich was not hand breaded at all it was dipped in a batter and thrown into something that was considered oil. I say that because I kept tasting subtle flavors of fish with my chicken. Now I will say that the deep fried zucchini though they also had a little bit of a fishy flavor was really good and the staff was excellent and treated my wife and I very well. Food came out hot and they treated us again real well. I'm here to tell you don't buy the sandwich it's garbage. And if you call and complain you ain't going to hear...

Just came from this location. We ordered an all star meal that has the burger and chicken sandwich in it and also 2 big cheese burgers. First off the 2 big cheese burgers were cold and looked like they had been sitting a while, and the buns were really hard. On the all star meal, the burger was warm but not too bad. The chicken sandwich was cold and stale as if it was from the day before. The fries were definitely from earlier in the day that had been microwaved. The burger from the meal was the only thing edible in our whole $14 order. Oh and the cookie was undercooked so we couldnt eat that either and the soda tasted wierd. Absolutely unexceptable. The only reason we stopped at that location was because it was on our way home from running an errand. So we had to throw out the whole order except the burger from the all star meal. What a waste of money! What happend to you getting fresh food anymore? Seriously no standards anymore! HORRIBLE! We will never eat there again. In fact we may stop going to all locations seeing as this isnt the 1st time we've had bad food from them. The other times was from the one on rosedale. That place is hit and miss. I would NOT recommend this...
