First time going here, i saw them on Instagram I saw the video of them preparing a grab and go bag of chips So that's what I ordered. I Also ordered a torta de asada and a serrano nacho cheese burrito and a hot cheeto elote. I'm a person who rathets to eat at home rather than At the Establishment so naturally I ordered my stuff to go (take out) I don't work serving food or anything so I don't know the standards or In Which order food should be served But in my opinion, when you add the hot cheese to the chips, they get soggy almost immediately Therefore, they should be the last thing you serve to a customer when they order take out right? Well wrong, The chips with the hot cheese were the first thing they served to me I knew that was gonna be an issue already but decided not to complain because I usually don't complain about stuff And make worker's day worse Regardless I accepted the chips that way and I still had to wait in additional 5 minutes for the rest of the food to be out by that time You can imagine that the chips were soggy and lost their crunch which was a disappointment. As for the burrito they gave me the wrong order I ordered The Nacho cheese Serrano pepper burrito And they gave me a regular asada burrito with serrano peppers which We didn't notice until we got home. We had to go back And exchange it, it was a huge Waste of time, that could have been avoided if the cashier And the cook We're on the same page This brings me up To my next point, the cashier. Seem a little bit intimidated Or scared to take our order I could barely hear him. And even after showing him the video of the Serrano Nacho cheese burrito he said it was a special order and that he would tell the cooks long story short he either forgot or the cooks...
Read moreFood was bad and customer service wasnt much better. I'll explain further down below, but in summary it was a very poor experience overall.
I placed the order online through their website and it said my food would be done by 7:30pm. When I arrived around 7:40 they hadn't started the order. I told them I had a pickup, they asked what items I had and asked for my ID. After that they told me it would be a minute while they make my food. Right as I step away I hear the staff saying they thought my order was a "scam." Why and how could it be a scam if I already paid $109 for the food? Who pays for a "scam" meal?
Either way I waited and just shrugged it off. While I waited they also left someone on hold, and after a few minutes, the person who answered the phone remarked that they were hoping the people would have hung up. So overall customer service was bad tonight. Once they finally get my food out to me it's roughly 8:30. They packed the Nacho fries on top of the taco plates which broke the container and caused the bag to tip which spilled cheese and sauce all over.
After getting home I open the plates a see a mess. I also notice they didn't pay attention to the order at all. The quseabirria tacos were not quesabirra and did not have any consume. They put sauce on the nachos instead of on the side like I asked and also put beef instead of chicken. The corn was greasy and that's all you could taste. The Carne asad was sour for some reason so the torta was inedible. Overall at least half of the food was either wrong or tasted bad.
I've eaten here for years and have never had an issue like this until tonight. For over $100 in food this was a huge disappointment and a...
Read moreThe new day shift is not making the food the same, not reading the orders correctly, food is made wrong, and new burrito size changes, etc. Then to top it off the female manager who answers the phone has an attitude problem to say the least, lol. She is completely unprofessional and argues with you over her staff messing up orders and acts like customers should know they implemented new changes with their food, when their day and night shift are not even in sync with the new changes themselves. My husband went to pick up the corrected food and instead of taking responsibility for their mess up and being unfriendly. The female manager played the victim as expected (As I hung up on her due to her continued arguing. I don't have time for that.) the "owner" came out and rudely expressed that he didn't appreciate me returning the exact tone I received from his manager over the phone. As it was not nice how I spoke to her, yet she is allowed to talk to me in that manner. Anywho, yeah...
I applaud the standing up for your manager however, if your staff wants to be treated with respect, they need to be respectful to your customers from the beginning. It is not our job to keep tabs on your menu changes or return multiple times to get the food we paid for, or accept rude tones from managers without a reaction. So in response to the managers shrug to my husband of who cares if we come back. No problem, we won't. Your poor customer service and change in food, ensures we won't and will not recommend you to...
