We came here when you first opened, pre-covid. The kids loved it and it seemed like it was well cleaned. After covid, we visited, and I wish we could get our money back on the punch passes that we have. Your website states there is increased cleaning, along with many other things. We’ve been 3 times since you reopened after covid, and I cringe every time I go. The first time we came, was the day you reopened. We were the first ones there, and it should have been spotless, but there were dirty rags left up in the play area, the mats were filthy dirty you could see the dirt, hair and other filth. It was almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned since they closed for covid. We then sucked it up and came another time, this time there was a dirty diaper found in the play area, and again the mats were filthy dirty. Foolish of me we came a third time, this time there was an empty food container and chocolate smeared all over the mat. What will it take for you to clean this place properly? Not only is it dirty, but every time we’ve gone the motorcycle ride ons weren’t working, and the games kept taking our money. I do not wish to return and am extremely irritated that we wasted our money on two punch passes for my kids. I would not recommend this place to anyone! This is very disappointing as my kids loved playing at this place and it was a wonderful place to escape the heat in Bakersfield. Maybe new management would get this place in better shape. I paid for the birthday package which included pizzas, birthday cake, Bday parade, unlimited candy and unlimited soda with goody bags included. I went to pay 3 days before the event. The manager told me someone was supposed to call me the day before to discuss everything. They forgot. What I did find out by asking when I was there to pay was this: They no longer offer pizza, I have to bring in my own food for all 40 guests who already RSVP’d There is no birthday cake like they said, I have to bring one in. It’s not unlimited candy, it’s a plate of gummy bears. All the rest of they candy they have in display is $2 each. They don’t really have “Goody Bags” they are just bags with some crayons and a coloring book. Per the manager they don’t usually add candy but this time they have a few extra smarty’s they’ll throw in one per bag. There is no birthday party room like it said online, just some picnic style benches and I can reserve two (for FORTY PEOPLE???). No birthday parade as said online. They’ll credit me back $60 though since they aren’t providing a cake or food for forty people. $60?!?!

I want me deposit back for fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation. I was so embarrassed for them. I last minute changed my party to a different location. I will not embarrass my 3 year old or myself by taking my guests to such a low level and...

I took my kids and two of their friends here for our very first visit today. My first impression was that it was very clean which is something I am looking for in a kids play place. It was not rundown, and the kids absolutely loved it. They played hard for 3 hours and could've stayed longer if I let them. My only complaint (which honestly baffled me) was that I was told upon entering the play area that I could not bring my coffee in. I had just bought it right before we arrived. Mind you I had no intention of bringing my coffee into the play structure as I was not even going to go into the structure. I asked if I could leave it at the front counter so I could go back and sip it occasionally and was told by the staff that if it got thrown away they weren't responsible in kind of a rude way. There were only two staff members there at the time so I let the other staff member know as well that it was my coffee and I was leaving it there and asked her to please not throw it away. As a tired mom with 4 rambunctious kids at a play place it would be nice if they allowed us to have a coffee, it really rubbed me the wrong way.
