Me and my husband decided to have Carl’s Jr. today with the hopes that we would be treated respectfully, but that was not the case we ordered two famous star burgers One of them very simple only catch a mustard no cheese no lettuce nothing we get back to the car. One burger was the other burger however was not it had cheese and lettuce on it so my husband brought it back in and as he’s telling him Ruben admitted he didn’t hear my husband and snatched the burger off the counter and aggressive threw it away we get the second burger made thinking it was fixed I got all the way home and it was still wrong there was no customers at all they were all back there, kicking it and I’m pretty sure that’s why we were with them. Worst customer service ever because they didn’t feel like doing their job. I’m here to tell you. You are very bad customer service, and the cook as well. I will definitely not be going to this location again and if I do decide to go to a different location and I’m greeted by Reuben, I will be turning back around . I shouldn’t have to check my burger to make sure that it is correct especially for the second time that they would’ve got it right the second time not the first It’s not rocket science it’s basic you treat people with respect, especially if. When I called to tell her she said she will replace the order to bring the burger in but I was already on my way to work and that was my lunch for the day ! So you mean to tell me I have to starve all day at work because of your mistakes and save a burger for the next day ! Your employees really need to humble themselves because without paying customers There would not Be a JOB ! I am very upset! Read moreNormally, this is a go to for a hearty, short on time meal. My two kids wanted burgers. I wanted nachos. We agreed on Carl's. The boys enjoyed their food. Even though We were told to pull to the front, because they were making fresh meals. My "Super Nachos", on the other hand, were an insult! It looked literally "slapped" together. No gooey cheese over the top. No beans. A virtual dab of sour cream...I finally found cheese under the top layer of chips. Burnt and hard shredded cheese. For anyone who has ever made microwave nachos, here ya go! An incredible waste if money. Now I know why they were placed in a bag underneath the other two meals I ordered....
