Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life with a restaurant. I spent $80 to have my office lunch meeting food delivered. Literally 90% of my order was wrong. We put the order in online so it was LITERALLY listed for them, written down right there in clear English, yet order was soooo wrong! We called and manager Bianca advised that the door dash delivery driver didn't grab all of the bags for our order. She then stated it was OUR responsibility to contact the door dash driver so she can pick up the rest of our order. THIS IS A JOKE, RIGHT!? The entire point of delivery is convenience. Chipotle signed up with Door Dash not me! it is your responsibility to fix the mistake not mine! After everything, I ended up having to drive all the way to the restaurant to fix the mistake. I asked for my money back for the delivery fee of 3.99 and the $9.48 I left in a tip for a driver that did a horrible job. They didn't give me the refund and I cannot even fathom the thought of ever giving Chipotle my money again. This is an insane way of handling business. I cannot even believe it. I will not let you continue to screw people over like this. I am going to be calling every single day to make sure the manager knows how they are failing. I will be contacting Corporate Chipotle everyday as well until I get this mistake fixed. I expect my money back, I expect Chipotle to advise customer they are outsourcing their delivery to Door Dash and it is up to the paying customer to fix the mistakes of the our sourced driver. Read moreIf you enjoy laughably skimpy portions and finding things in your food that raise questions then this is the spot for you! We ordered a standard portion of chips and guac and our bag had less than a handful of chips! Y'all heard of potato chip companies filling their bags with air? Well our bag was literally 95% air. How this passed by an employee is beyond me. $5.10 for 10 crumbs of chips and guac is insulting. Then halfway through our meal my partner notices a puddle of liquid in her bowl like the rice or something else wasn't fully ready and used anyways. The employee preparing our meal did step off the counter with our bowls to grab ingredients from elsewhere so my theory checks out. Chipotle used to be the top dog when it came to fast casual but I guess this is what happens when you hire an Taco Bell executive as your new CEO and not to mention used to be owned by McDonalds. Just another soulless food joint.
Update: Chipotle responded to contact them but all I got was an a.i. generated sorry response. When I suggested I get a coupon or something for a free meal they gave me another a.i. generated response as to why they can't. You know who gives free meals for less than sub-par experiences? Read moreI go in here very often & it’s usually a good experience however one complaint.. Firstly the “manager” in the evening time..not sure of the name but is a middle aged woman shes very rude to the employees & yells at them for having conversations with the customers.. particularly one event a young gentleman was talking to the employee about their day & the manager yelled at the employee to “keep the line moving” mind you there was no one behind the customer who was talking so there was no need to rush things.. she also is very controlling on the portions & tells them to dish half scoops for virtually everything & wants to charge extra when you ask for a bit more protein when it’s the equivalent to one scoop.. her vibe brings down the atmosphere of dining in because you can hear her constantly mirco managing the employees..
