Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I came here with my family for a small escape from the heat .. my family and I waited in line until it was our turn to be served ... The associates helped my mom, my brother, and I while my other brother waited for his turn .. there were two people in line behind my brother . . The associate then began to help the people behind my brother instead of helping him.. my family and I were there first so I feel our family should've been served first and then move to the next group behind us. These associates need better training.. I felt that was really rude and I don't like using the race card but I feel that was the case here. . the associate helped the wife and husband that were behind my brother instead of helping him first ... An innocent ice cream outing just turned into something ugly... I won't be coming here again... I will continue to spend my money at Baskin Robbins instead .. I have never experienced this problem at...

Rude and unprofessional employees. Would rather drive an additional 15 minutes to the rosedale location for better service. They roll their eyes when you haven't decided what to order, they don't honor coupons if it's not specific, and their attire is a joke. Understanding that it is only an ice cream place, ass cheeks should not be hanging out below your apron around the kids. Yoga pants and sneakers are apparently all the owners ask. Don't even get me started on the no gloves thing. Don't touch my ice cream then smear the drips on your legs. Also, if you aren't friends with the employees you have to wait until they're done gossiping...

There's this one white weirdo dork who talks in a really condescending and passive-aggressive manner that works here. I'm not sure if he still works here. But when he does he's such a sarcastic guy and it really shows in his really passive-aggressive tone as a worker. Someone like him doesn't belong here and should work somewhere else, he doesn't belong working in this type of job, it isn't for him and it's better for him to work in a job that doesn't involve people. I'm sure they know who I'm talking about, but he shouldn't be...
