lululemon — Local services in Bakersfield

I had the worst shopping experience ever today at the local Lululemon store. I scheduled an appointment for noon, during my lunch hour. I confirmed my appointment at 11:30am. I leave work and arrive at the store at 12:07pm. I checked in with the person at the door and she told me I was late for my appt and that I would be canceled or skipped. I explained to her that I was on my lunch hour and I had to drive there. She kept going on about how i should have texted or called if I was going to be late. She would not stop. There was a person in line behind me that heard the whole thing. I had to stop the check in person and ask her if I can go in or not.

I walked in then she proceeded to tell the customer behind me that she had to wait because I was late. I spoke with the manager regarding the whole situation, which she did not apologize for or seem to care at all. This is the last time I will shop at our local store. Maybe the last time I ever shop there again. lululemon lululemon...

Although I like and use the brand, this Bakersfield store left a very bad impression on me! Maybe it's just me, but can you say snooty?!! From the minute my daughter and I walked in, not once were we greeted, much less acknowledged! I went in there looking for a specific pair of pants, and I was walking around looking for them, and NOBODY offered their assistance!! My daughter found the Define Jacket she wanted, grabbed her size, and walked over to the dressing room to try it on . She paced around for a few minutes, I stood there watching to see how long it would take for her to get help. The girl up at the counter eventually asked her if she needed a room. My daughter went in, tried it on, and liked it, but I chose not to buy anything there! I would much rather order it online or wait until I visit another store out of town! I won't visit this...

Did not appreciate that interaction that my bf experienced today. He offer to pick up my item in store. Off the back the lady that was helping him gave him attitude. As long as the item has your name on it you’re able to pick it up. My bf name was on it and the girl was not wanting to give him the item because it doesn’t look like something he would wear. Which I think is ridiculous because that remark was not necessary. He told her that the item was for me. She still was being hesitant. Luckily the girl in the other cash register overheard the conversation and told her he can have the item because he had the confirmation email and his name was on it. That girl needs to learn how to do her job because that interaction...
