Chloe is the Michael Jordan of working at Regal Edwards Bakersfield—hands down, the GOAT of customer service. Just like MJ dominated on the court, Chloe owns the concession stand with the same level of precision, focus, and unmatched hustle. From the moment I walked in, she was in her element, delivering a five-star performance with every order, like Jordan sinking those clutch jump shots in the Finals. Her attention to detail and ability to manage everything smoothly, even under pressure, makes her the ultimate MVP. If I ever needed a game-winning shot, I wouldn’t hesitate—I’d pass the ball to Chloe, because I know she'd come through in the clutch every time.

"Chloe at the Concessions (Bones Parody)"

(Verse 1) Gimme tickets, I’m set to go, Regal’s got the vibe, you know. But Chloe’s smile, yeah, it steals the show, A superstar, from head to toe.

She’s right there, at the concession line, Every popcorn, every soda’s fine. She hooks us up, yeah, she’s on time, Making sure our night’s divine.

(Pre-Chorus) I feel it in my soul tonight, Chloe's got the service right, She’s got the combos, drinks, and deals, Double-checking, how it feels?

(Chorus) Oh, oh, oh, Chloe's got the zone, Oh, oh, oh, working to the bone. She’s cleaning, slinging snacks, Keeping everything on track. Oh, oh, oh, Chloe’s got the throne, Service in her bones.

(Verse 2) Crowds rush in, but she never slows, Concession stand’s where the magic flows. Spotless counters, the popcorn glows, How she does it? No one knows.

Yeah, she’s the queen of this movie show, Got that care, got that friendly glow. She’s keeping it real, running the show, We felt it, now we let it go.

(Bridge) Can you feel it, feel the care? Chloe’s service everywhere. We’re in the theater’s spotlight, Thanks to Chloe, it's all right.

(Chorus) Oh, oh, oh, Chloe's got the zone, Oh, oh, oh, working to the bone. She’s cleaning, slinging snacks, Keeping everything on track. Oh, oh, oh, Chloe’s got the throne, Service in her bones.

(Outro) Oh, oh, oh, Chloe’s got the throne, Service in her...

Came here on a visit to Bakersfield to see Sing 2. The only other theater I visited in the area was the Maya Cinemas which had very nice reclining seats and I wanted to go back there but we had a Regal gift card and I didnt want to spend the extra money. The theater is very clean, lobby, restrooms, auditoriums, picture and sound quality are all excellent. However there are some cons: One staff member had told us he was exhausted because he hadn't had some time off in a while. At first when I thought he was somewhat rude I asked if he was having a rough day and he said no just that he had been exhausted and couldn't get his shift covered. Of course I want to be sympathetic and I could understand all of us have those days but if he was overworked the manager should have paid closer attention and gave him some time off especially if it changes the way he helps customers. He was nice in the end but I think he definitely needed a small break from working the day we went in. Also the seats are my biggest complaint. The aisles had enough leg room which was a plus but the seats do not rock back or move at all which is a huge red flag for me. While the luxury recliners are my favorite I find seats with comfortable enough padding that rock back to be plenty satisfactory. But this place does not have them and I was somewhat uncomfortable. Eventually I was able to move to make the seats tolerable but they definitely need more comfortable padding as well as to rock back. If you have a Regal gift card or if the other theaters are sold out of a movie, I would recommend this place in that event. It's not a bad theater but there are definitely nicer, and more comfortable ones. If you are paying out of pocket I feel the Maya in Bakersfield is a superior movie viewing experience to this place. Overall, a tolerable place to watch a movie, but their seats need updating and need to be more...

on today's visit to see Mission Impossible we stood in line to get some goodies to sit down to watch the movie like popcorn and a drink I noticed it did not have no hot dogs roasting we had to ask if he had hot dogs and he said yes they're underneath that means that the hot dogs or dried and shrunk down to small size he had more than 30 people stand in line to get something to eat before the show and you don't have two people working the counter while three other people was standing there playing with paper towels and cups and talking about other day this is the reason why that I do not go to your establishment but maybe once or twice a year is because you do not have food readily available for your consumer is coming through have to wait 15 minutes for a hot dog because they're frozen they show a picture of nachos and they give you a tray with some cheese and a bag of nachos it's not put into the plate and poured over with the cheese like showed on the picture that's false and misleading statements when it comes to presenting your product to the customer my visit was at your theater was the same as it was two weeks ago when we seen crazy Rich Asians no food ready for delivery to the customer had to sit and wait and your counter attendance was too busy talking to each other than taking care of the customers I own my own business and when my employees are employed from 8 to 5 they are concentrating on their job and to the consumers if I was management saw somebody talking about their personal business in front of consumers waiting to get something to eat I would fire them on the spot zero tolerance is my motto they should know their place when they're on the job site and he need to act accordingly to business practice I will no longer visit your establishment I'll just wait till it comes out on DVD and buy it I rate your establishment as a zero Big...

This place is AWESOME! We have seen several movies here and I have never been disappointed. The food is pricey, so eat before y'all go or just pony up and enjoy the entire theater experience like we do! I have been impressed from the very beginning when it opened to now. The seats could be a bit bigger since I'm a big [muscular] guy 6' 220 pounds so when folks have to go to the restrooms and need to get past me it is a bit difficult, I typically have to move into the aisle to let them pass by me, hence I usually get an aisle seat otherwise they will step on my shoes. The place is typically very clean, they have an outstanding staff to tend to your requests. I was truly impressed at how clean the bathrooms were, bravo! I have been in some theater bathrooms that looked worse than a nasty truck stop where I felt like spiderman in the stall trying not to touch anything [TMI] I know! I hope y'all enjoy your time here it truly is a great place to unwind, kickback and enjoy one of your favorite movies. God bless y'all, Pastor Michael Rodriguez

Regal is usually not my go to main theater. I went to watch the latest Miyazaki animated film, The Boy and the Heron. I heard on the news that it was National Popcorn Day, Jan 19th and Regal was promoting free Small Popcorn. I was annoyed after purchasing my ticket that staff didn't mention any promo, but I did have ask if there was a free Small Popcorn promo which they said yes and gave me the small popcorn. So I had the Theater 9 which is on the very back of the theater. I must say the quality of the screen and audio was surprisingly good and well calibrated and the white projector screen had a shine to it. Long ago I complained that their screen quality wasn't bright enough on certain auditoriums. It seems like that fixed that issue or recalibrated the screens properly. The only downside is their seats which are still stiff and uncomfortable I found myself repositioning throughout the movie. The theater looked clean, I didn't use their restrooms so can't say anything about that. Normal I would give 3/5 but that day was a 4/5.

So dusty, my allergies started acting up. Concession stand is always open and available but it can take a long time. It would nice if the other side opened too or if they worked in teams of two to move faster with long lines. The whole theater can use an upgrade; fresh paint, new carpet, reorganization of the concession stand, theater seats could stand to be cushioned better, armrest can use some width and WD-40. Screen 8 room had vibration and sound surrounding the walls that was very uncomfortable. Also, that back row, at the top, Regal it needs to be looked at to maximize leg room please. Don't get my wrong, I like this theater, it's a family favorite but it's age is starting to show. In the end, plenty of seats, good screen rooms sizes, clear pictures and sound is great.
