Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I had such a bad experience today will be my last time ever going to chipotle. I love their guac it’s really the only reason I go to chipotle. I hold chipotle to higher standards because the food is expensive in my opinion. Here I am excited and ordering my food bowl and I don’t get told they didn’t have guac until the very last step. I was disappointed but If I was told from the start I would’ve gone elsewhere. Also, they had guac for online orders so it’s hard to believe they couldn’t make some. Anyway, as I imagined it tasted nothing the same I was able to taste the actual food for the first time without it being disguised by guac and the meat had little flavor, the lettuce was cut lazy and weee biggo pieces and the steak was super chewy and 50 % of it was none edible. Maybe im just being dramatic and a Karen but I’m so sad im literally crying I was looking forward to this meal all day after having a bad day already. I'm a big fan of Chipotle and the location on Gosford Rd in Bakersfield is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I love that I can customize my burrito bowl or burrito to my liking. I always appreciate the generous portions. I recently ordered a barbacoa burrito with fajita veggies, white rice, pico de gallo and cheese. Their habanero vinaigrette was so good!

Me and my wife arrive at 9:05 pm and there was 2 people in front of us it took the employee a bout 9 min to finish there order as we approach she all they have is carnitas while they were cooking steak and chicken on the flat top i asked what about that she said that’s for online orders only 😫i was disappointed and at this time a big line formed to door then she healed across the restaurant that they only have carnitas,at this time Aberto the managers was working very angry and fast i asked his name and who he was but they seem not to care about the paying customers we were disappointed and will not be back to this location we will travel father to the stockdale hey as they seem to be busy all ways keep their guest satisfied
