So I ordered online for pick up and I guess part of my order was not put down on the computer because when they gave me the total on the phone it included everything I had ordered but when I went to go pay I didn’t see the receipt until after I paid and it came out to less than what I originally thought it was going to be so I assumed I had extra money left over to give as a tip. However when checking the receipt I realized that some items I had ordered were left off (and that’s why the total came out to less than what I was told over the phone ) when I arrived to pick it up so I asked if i could be refunded to my account so that I could pay for it all together when they added the items that they initially missed. The lady who took my order was extremely kind and super friendly and the young man who was at the front when I got there to pick up was amazingly sweet & very kind and so I had to give them three stars for that and they got most of my order correct.... but I couldn’t give them a whole five stars because the manager or whoever she was wearing a blue shirt was a bch! She talked to me in an extremely rude tone and I could hear her talking sh!t about me behind the counter so f*ck her and fk the five stars. Rude as hell when I had been nothing but kind & courteous. I don’t condone talking bad or being rude to workers while they’re on the job so I didn’t say anything. But I am going to leave a review so she knows she needs to work on her RUDE attitude. I even apologized for everything when it wasn’t even my fault to begin with & I had just tried to do something nice because I thought I could afford to. Guess I’ll be checking the receipt before i pay from now on & will only be tipping directly because I sure as hell don’t want any of my $ going to that woman. Read moremy brother and I came in today because we’d just gotten off of work and was hungry so we decided to come in. We walked in and the hosts just looked over at us. We waited for a host to come over to have us seated . Waited ten minutes just so another guest could come in and a host automatically approached them to take their name down to seat them. My brother then asked if We could get seated as we were waiting and they paid no attention to us. The host wrote down the name and said okay. We arrived maybe 9:40am and was being seated around 10:25am. We glanced at the menu to see what we could order, the waitress was friendly , she asked what we’d like to drink, we ordered drinks and she went to get us our drinks. When she returned we ordered our food and it didn’t take very long to receive our food maybe 6minutes or so. Maybe 10 minutes after we finished and were headed to pay our bill, just wanted to get out. The food was bad, the only good thing about my meal was my eggs and mushrooms! That’s it! —now, before we paid our bill I was observing the hosts—one host was attentive to the people she was helping. The two hosts that I first made contact with just walked around doing nothing. Hardly paid any attention to anyone and was actually rude from the beginning. There was no smiling faces in this facility whatsoever. (I like to see smiles at a restaurant like Denny’s not angry looks) when we asked to pay our bill one of the hosts just looked annoyed at us and helped us out. Wow thanks for the experience!! Read moreNot complaining about the food on this trip; however, the service was a bit delayed. And I'm a guy with a lot of patience. It took a full 15 minutes just for my check after finishing my meal. I ordered a milk shake first, then an appetizer. I received the appetizer first, after waiting 15 minutes (the food was, by then, lukewarm.) I finally received my milkshake after another 15 minutes (I was more or less finished with the appetizer by then.) The only other thing I ordered was a decaf coffee, and after having my first cup, I requested some creamer. My mug was re-filled before I got the creamers I requested. Bottom line: this meal was good, but could've definitely been served better. I feel that my server, whom happened to be a manager, may have been stressed about another employee being tardy or something and was distracted by his work. Alas, you are a full-service restaurant. Your full focus should always be each and every customer's needs! Don't get me wrong, the attitude/demeandor was fine, it just took long for me to get anything I actually wanted at that point of my meal. Now, the kicker is the fact that this type of thing has been happening every time I visit this particular restaurant.
