This is a 0 Star review. Customer Service was so bad, he did not even bother with ordering food. So here's what happened: My 77 year old father went into Jack in the box to use the restroom, order food, and wait for my mom and I to pick him up. My father asked to use the restroom the restaurant worker said the Men's Room was occupied, so my father who had messed his pants, wanted to clean himself up, and use the toilet asked if he could use the women's restroom. She told him No, it the Ladies ROOM! So my Dad waited for the MENS ROOM to open and out walked a Lady. The restaurant worker saw and smirked at my Dad. She knew there was a Lady in the MENS ROOM and denied my elderly father using the WOMEN'S ROOM. To top it off after my father finished using the toilet he noticed there was no toilet paper and had to use toilet seat covers to clean himself up. When he finished using the restroom he walked to the front to order and kindly tell the restaurant worker that the men's room was out of toilet paper and she just ignored him and walked off. Needless to say my father did not bother staying or ordering, he left and met us at the McDonald's near by. Where he used the restroom waited for my mom and I and we ordered food. Note: this all happened at the Jack In The Box on Stockdale...
Read moreI really think a food inspector or someone needs to come take a look at this location and conduct some sort of quality control test. My wife stopped by here to get 2 chicken strip meals (as Jack in the Box has the best fast food chicken strips). She got home and we both tried a strip and they tasted like the chicken strip had been dipped in an ash tray. We do not smoke so it is not a result of it being present in our house. We had a similar issue a few months back with the chicken tasting exactly the same from this same location. Both times I returned them and both times the manager did not seem to care that their product was completely inedible. To me this just shows a complete lack of care for their product, their image or the customer experience. I highly recommend that if you want to eat at Jack in the Box you avoid this location completely and try a different one in town. I'm just glad my daughter was asleep at the time we went or else we would have likely gotten her the same item and could have potentially made her very sick from it. The franchise owner or corporate really should get involved to get that situation figured out as like I said, it was a few months between our visits and there was no change or...
Read moreWent this morning and ordered 12 egg rolls (or four (4) orders of three piece and two drinks. While waiting at the window for a while, I’m told, apologeticly, that there is no sweet and sour sauce and asked if I would like teriyaki sauce instead for a discount on the order. I originally said no that I’ll get the drinks only. I reluctantly agreed since she said they were already made. I get to where I was going 10 minutes later and the eggrolls were dripping with grease. In addition, there were only 10 instead of 12 and I had to reiterate the amount of eggrolls repeatedly. Math is definitely not my strong suit but I can add. Where’s a manager at times like this when the little girls working there are perplexed? Why was the mention of no sweet and sour sauce not brought up during the ordering process. I would have probably selected something else than grease filled eggrolls that didn’t get consumed? A couple did because they were drained...
