Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Every place has good customer service, good food good place to eat. I have never rated anything less than 4 stars so that’s how upset I am. Earlier today 10/28/2018 around 7:30pm I went to this jack in the box through the Drive Thru. I understand that I have to wait a little for my food, obviously, there was one car in front of me.......five minutes past by......ten minute pass by.....I had my baby and my wife in the back, we’re hungry. After that about 2 1/2 minutes later I started to loose my patience...so I honked a little and finally were next to pay and receive. To start off I should’ve received an apology. I didn’t. Instead the lady gave me my total. That’s when I lost it. I told her that I have a baby in my car that is crying and that I shouldn’t be waiting that long. While she was giving me my food she said “sorry about, thank you, have a good night.” And shut the door quickly I said “you too” to the window. As I look at the window I see the manager looking at me and smiling with the co-workers as in “finally he’s leaving” like if nothing happend so i tell my wife you know what it’s cool I don’t mind anymore we got our food let’s go home and eat. We live pretty close........ my food is cold, soggy (the fries) and my burger has cheese after I told them no cheese please. They didn’t even get the order right and I didn’t eat my meal. I am...

Today is April 18, 2022 I went in around 5:00, there was 2 young men and 1 younger girl and 1 slightly older girl she wore a shift lead button up I believe. Tell me why she was the only one actually doing her job. It look as if she was on the clock alone. taking drive thru orders and FOH orders like what is the other girl there for? I use to work at Jack and this mad me mad. I would’ve sent them home. Just not doing their job hiding in the back. Some other shift lead was there aswell but I believe he just came back from his break so he kinda stood in the back for a while but man it sucked to look at the other girl work while the others just stood around haciendo sen pendejos. OK so I’m giving this Jack-in-the-Box a four star rating because of the following... The only reason why I didn’t give a five star is because sometimes it’s sketchy around there from the homeless and ghetto people. So because you want to be aware of your surroundings that’s why this restaurant only gets four stars. On the other side of things the restaurant itself is worth five stars because the food is always freshly made to order. I typically have a specialty request for whatever I order and it’s always met to my needs. Also most importantly this restaurant always seems to have their ice cream machine up and running even during the late night hours.
