The sandwich was good but I couldn't help but have a bad experience. I have worked at a couple subways before and take pride in my previous employments. There was 3 workers there Anna, Melly, I believe and a young gentleman whose name started with an L. I'm assuming Anna was the supervisor on the clock and I was most upset with her. The gentleman was working the line and had about 6 people including myself waiting while more were just walking in. He was making 2 online orders and one of them was rather large. Melly was in the restroom and Anna was doing anything but helping. Got 1 customer 1 soup and changed 1 sanitizer bucket and wrapped 2 sandwiches while that guy was hauling trying to get food made. I told him he was doing a good job becaue I saw that he was slammed with absolutly no help from Anna. If melly hadn't comeback from the restroom when she did I was about to tell Anna to help him. I don't know how she is still employed there because she didn't even wash before putting on her gloves. Aside from my horrible experience with Anna, Melly was great she was quick and nice. The employees overall could work on the construction of sandwiches so the structural integrity is intact, but I've seen worse. Read moreOrdered from this restaurant through Uber eats. Regardless of who delivered the food, this store is responsible for how it was made. They threw the sandwiches together on the wrong breads, with the wrong ingredients and their excuse was that "the driver showed up too soon so we didn't take the time to do it as it was ordered". Then the man that answered the phone says it's ok because he put an extra sandwich in the bag. FYI, we did not ask for an extra sandwich and the random stuff they put on it is stuff none of us can even eat or would ever eat. He told me I had to reorder and pay all over again if I wanted it right. It should have been done right the first time. And if the driver chooses to show up on time again are you going to ruin my good again? I have been seeing an unusual turn over in Personnel. He snaps and barks at them if they have taken too much time or don't things the way he thinks it should be done or when. Well today(8/4/2020) he turned his wrath on me, a paying customer, when he ask me the same question several times, so having a face mask on I thought he was having trouble hearing me so I raised my voice and that is when he told me to leave as he didn't like my attitude and He refused to serve me or have any of his fellow employees?
