Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

If I could give a zero star rating I would. During summer I opted to grab a hot and ready pizza. The cashier informed me she couldn't take a $20 bill and asked for smaller denomination bills. I did not have anything smaller than a $20, so I pulled out my debit card only to be told their card reader was down. I walked out.

I decided to give them another chance so I stopped by for 2 $5 lunch deals and bread sticks. I was charged $15.04. There were no issues, until later. The next morning I received notification from my bank that I'd been double charged. Funny thing is the dollar amount was different by 1¢. Immediately I contacted the store and asked to speak to a manager. I was told both managers were out on deliveries, and to call back. When I called back I spoke with a male manager and he apologized and asked that I come in with my receipts and he would refund my purchase. Upon my arrival at the store location with my debit card and receipt for my purchase I was told by the female manager, Martha, there was nothing she could do without proof. So I pulled up my bank statement on my phone and SHOWED HER the two charges back to back, $15.04 & $15.03. She reiterated that she couldn't help me. I called corporate and the issue STILL has not been resolved, so I've had to open a dispute through my bank.

Beyond ridiculous, and unacceptable. Little Caesar's has lost my business, and I will be posting this on every possible...

The employees working there are very rude and I don't EVER expect to order from there again. Story was I was ordering two large pizzas and they expected I wanted hot and ready, and I ask in a polite way "how long have they been in that oven" she said 30 mins. To me I prefer to eat a juicy tasteful pizza like all the other pizzas I usually order at lil Caesars . I simply asked for fresh boxes. She rolled her eyes, I told one of her co-workers who was the pizza maker, and gave him additude and said "give me those two boxes now" he handed it over and she basically threw it on the counter .. one of the employees started laughing, like let's see when you lose your job , would you laugh at that too ? Like what is that. If I was working there, trust me I'll throw everyone smiley faces and politeness instead of boxes of pizzas. What made me , angry was that when I opened the box of pizza it wasn't even fresh made .. it looked like they left it out for a couple of hours. Worst service, bad employees (who would hired these people???) My opinion if there was below 0 stars as a rating , my rating would be...

Will never order from this location again. Last nite, paid for pizza and sticks to be delivered. My bread sticks had some hair baked in with them. When I called to discuss this with the store, I was astounded by the way the employee acted. I told him the situation and was asked "what do you want me to do about it?" And then he hung up on me. My daughter called back and the same employee was rude to her and hung up again. The 2nd time she called again, she asked for a manager and explained the situation and his employees attitude. Not once did he acknowledge the employee issue and said he would have to 'see the sticks ". I told him fine will happily give them to the driver. He said I would have to take them in. Told him no car-which is why I paid delivery. He was rude like bus employee and hung up on my daughter as well. Here is the crazy bread with the extra ingredients.
