I really don’t like this place. If it wasn’t for my kids and being so close to my house I’d never go here. Just so everyone knows if you want a shake and you’re ordering on the app. 9 times out of 10 the app will say sold out but most of the time they just have it marked as sold out but it actually isn’t. Every single time I have tried to order a shake on app it says sold out but then I go inside and order and sure enough they aren’t sold out. So I asked one time why it always says they are sold out on the app so I’ll come in and check and they are available and the lady says nothing just goes to the computer and makes them available on app again and walks away. I guess they don’t like making shakes so they just make them unavailable so ppl can’t order. Isn’t that like causing the store to loose money? Very frustrating. Another time I’m waiting in McDonald’s for my order and I see this little blonde hair girl take someone’s order outside. Was out there for about 5 mins then comes back in with that same bag of food and she took it out of the bag and put it back under the heat lamp where they grab everyone’s order from. Idk how some people feel but I think that is so nasty. I mean how did the people who ordered know it wasn’t the right order if they didn’t open it and touch it and then realized it wasn’t theirs and told her so she brought it back in to get the right order and then she put it back in the pile where everyone else’s order is to give to the next person that orders a cheeseburger. That is so gross to me. Idk where those people’s hands have been at. That’s disgusting. Come on. Obviously it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect a whole lot of quality but they can at least make sure it’s clean and not handled by randos. Guess now I know why the food is never fresh. I always go inside now to order and always order special so they have no choice but to make it fresh so I don’t get someone else’s old wrong order. This place has terrible customer service. I came around 2 pm on a monday in the drive thru one car just finished ordering when i was pulling up to the lane next to the one they were leaving from. I said hello i was told to give them a moment i waited 3 mins nothing then a car pulled in the lane next to me they immediately took their order. If there is another order taker not busy why didn’t they switch lanes n she could have took mine not ppl who pulled up 4 mins after me and already ordered before i got to. I asked for my food cooked to order as i always do at other locations & they wanted me to pull in the front n wait for my food which ive done before but this time i said no i wanna wait at the window for my food . I asked for an extra sauce she charged me for it (ive came to this location multiple times before they hand out extra sauce to other as well as me free of charge) they charged me because they were mad i wouldn’t wait in the front and held there line up. Then i get home open my burgers to a hand full of onions on both removed most and still have a more then enough in the burger . Messing w portions because i asked for my food fresh and wouldn't wait in the front for my order is petty & clearly done intentionally because ive never received a burger with as much onions as today. When I complained about peoples orders being taken before mine as i waited nearly 4 mins before pulling forward and having to order at the window they just made excuses . Ive been a shift manager at fast food and point blank they didn’t take accountability & tampered w my food portions. Sick and twisted👎🏽 fyi these burgers were for children shame on you mcdonalds ! Read moreI have some concerns about this McDonald's. At approximately 9:50 PM on Thursday, 10/3/24 we placed a mobile order. The individual working on the speaker seemed extremely confused as to how to take mobile orders, which beverages were in stock, how to process transactions, and was unable to provide accurate receipts. The individual became audibly frustrated when we mentioned we had a mobile order. The individual then accused us of cashing out the order. After we explained how to accept a mobile order, the confused individual stated the beverage we ordered was not available without providing an alternative. Once again, we needed to explain how to process our order and switch the drink. At this point we get to the first window, the individual is now visibly upset and continues to repeat that our previous drink is not available. We were happy with the alternative we requested and at no point asked for the previous beverage. From then the individual gave us our receipt. Lo and behold, it is the wrong receipt. After getting the individuals attention and asking for the correct receipt, we were met with a rude attitude. The individual took on narcissistic tendencies and refused to admit they gave us the wrong receipt. I have never been met with such attitude over a simple error at a McDonald's. The individual made us feel less than and walked away, visibly emotional, without acknowledging us. The individual at the second window stated that the original beverage choice is available. I am not sure why the first individual was extremely adamant that the beverage was not available when the 2nd individual stated it was.
