Not ONE person that was working when I came in this morning that didn't have a heavy Accent .The woman I asked a simple question to, about the screen behind her, seriously looked at me and totally ignored me . She simply wouldn't even tell me to hold on . She just ignored me I would bet it's because she simply didn't understand what I was talking to her about? I was like , hello ...she just ignored me. I had to waive a man in the kitchen down to ask why a bunch of numbers looked like the orders were ready because they were under the NOW SERVING SIDE . I ASKED HIM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN . HE SAID. THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON THOSE ORDERS . SO I THEN SAID, WELL THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE AN IN PROGRESS SIDE OF THAT same SCREEN WITH NO ORDERS UNDER IT BUT ONE. THEN HE SIMPLY LOOKED IN THE KITCHEN AND GRABBED MY ORDER it was right THERE .MIND YOU THERE WAS LIKE 6 OTHER ORDERS READY THAT WERE JUST SITTING READY WITH NO ONE HANDING THEM OUT ... I DONT UNDERSTAND.???
MY ADVICE WOULD BE FOR THEM TO TRY MAINTAINING AN AMERICAN BORN EMPLOYEE FLUENT IN ENGLISH TO WORK ALONG SIDE WITH THE SPANISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location IS AWFUL. I BLAME DEI .
The night crew is much easier to deal with at this location , based on my experience. they are polite and I can communicate with them , but service this morning was not cool.
Also, this morning they served me food cooked in dirty oil because the hash...
Read moreThe manager name was Consuela she was very rude. She watched me park. She watched me walk in with my McDonald's cup to pay for a refill. She didn't acknowledge me or say hello. She looked at me with a smirk on her face like what do u want. And thats what she said. What do u want to order? I held up my cup and said a refill please and i was handing her 30 cents she grabbed a new cup and said thatll be $1.06. I said no i want to pay for a refill. She said no thats not gonna happen. I said but i go to Mcdonalds all the time and get refills for $27 cents. She said nope. I asked her name and she said Consuela. I told her she needs to learn how to greet people properly. She judged me as a bum without any money. I took off and went to the McDonalds on Coffee and Hageman and they said keep ur .27 cents and get a free refill. I didnt even tell them what happened to me at the other McDonald's. I buy drinks everyday and go back the same day for refills. My cup is always new. I hate when you walk into a store and they judge you and treat you differently without respect just because of their feelings or being judgmental. They should just do their job and be friendly and give good customer service with all people that come into the establishment. I worked as a manager for over 2 years in fast food and I treated everyone with respect and i was polite to all. It's a business. Treat it as such. People can go somewhere else and spend...

I've gone to this McDonald's two days in a row, and both times the experience has been frustrating. They’ve completely shifted to self-ordering kiosks—there’s no one at the front counter to take your order, and you're pretty much forced to use the kiosks or order ahead on the app.
I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich through the app (around $2.49), and both days I experienced the same issue: no one brought out my order or called my name. There's a shelving unit for mobile orders right in the front lobby, but they never seem to use it. Instead, I had to walk up and ask for my food both days after waiting too long for what should be a quick pickup.
What’s the point of having a system for mobile orders if it’s not being used properly? There’s no staff presence up front to help or even check in on people waiting. I get that this setup is meant to streamline things, but it’s just not working. It feels inefficient and honestly kind of pointless when customers still have to chase down their orders.
This location could really benefit from actually utilizing the systems they have in place—or at the very least, have someone occasionally monitoring mobile...
