Customer service was absolutely horrible I mean I suppose you cannot expect much from a McDonald's, however I tried to order the two for one special he said it was no longer going, yet my coworker earlier went and ordered the two for one, so whatever I ordered and then said I would like a large coke and he said they did not have coke, however the car who pulled up next to me in lane two ordered a coke, so again I moved on ordered a doctor pepper, two big mac's and 10 peice nuggets with bbq sauce, got to the window and asked for a third bbq sauce she tried to give me a ranch I mean hello I said bbq sauce, anyway got back to the office and well the big mac's absolute trash mine was cold the buns were dry and it tasted off, worst most horrible McDonald's ever from the garbage customer service to the trash food they served, absolutely do not go to this establishment even if you're hungry skip it and go to the next one just a couple miles away!!!! Then to add insult I called the store spoke with the manager Esmeralda who said to just bring in my receipt and they will refund my money, so I go in to the store and then they said in order to get a refund I had to bring in the old food so I not only wasted my time for lunch going to this establishment to then have horrible cold food with dry buns and nasty bad lettuce, then wasted more time going back to try and get a refund, and she did not even tell me on the phone to bring in the old food for a refund but it seems this was done intentionally, now that I am still hungry cause I did not eat the big mac and threw it out, i now have no more...
Read moreI always order my food from the mobile app never really have a problem well today must have been the day so I was outside waiting for my food and order never went through got down showing the manager on my phone what I ordered and asked if they can just charge me there was not asking for nothing free was not asking for no discounts just to be able to honor what I had ordered on my phone and this so-called manager's answer was well we're not in charge of the app so we can't do nothing about it. So I asked her if she was the store manager and she said I'm one of the managers I said well can I speak to your store manager to ask why you're only responses I'm not in charge of the app and not offer any kind of solution I reiterated that I did not want to discount I just wanted the food that I've been waiting for. Well here comes the supposedly store with a I don't care attitude, McDonald's can you please train your managers to come up with solutions when your so-called mobile app has an issue they are completely lost and don't know what to do! I asked for the manager's card and she gave me a puzzle look like she did not know what a business card was? Read moreI watched the "Manager" who had dirty and not professional looking clothes on, put french fries in multiple customer's to-go bags upside down, so when customers reached in their fries would spill out. When I watched him do the same to the kids fry in the kids meal I ordered, I decided to politely suggest that for future orders he tries to put them in the correct way. He would not make eye contact with me but offered the excuse that, "there was no room in the box." However, I pulled the fries out and put them back into the fry box and the happy meal box in the same exact place he placed them in upside down. After being put off by his attitude I asked him for his name and he waved his hand at me and walked away. He was not wearing a name tag even though the rest of the employees were, and his clothes were dirty and had wrinkles as though he is wearing dirty clothes to handle food. I then asked another employee for his name, she responded too quietly for me to hear twice, so I asked for it to be written down. During this time he went further into the back to avoid me.
