(gist) great service, what we expect out of $6.00 coffee. (Long version) I enjoy Starbucks maybe a bit more than your local soccer mom on a Saturday morning. however I'm not your average stereo type drinker. I'm a 300+ construction worker who is willing to pay for quality, this location was able to do this for me with what seemed like an average day look on the barista. this makes me happy because I'm normally subjected to ghetto Starbucks, this since it's the closet one to my house. this location is 2500 white ln, you might say isnt that the ghetto?, id say yes.... but you are still selling premium coffee. If I don't get the same experience that I get on Stockdale, then why should I pay the same? actually more. since they SHAME you into giving them a tip(on white Ln). I don't mind tipping, but I expect quality service with a smile.. and I want my DANG cup sleeve.. yes my huge sausage construction fingers burn with how hot the coffee is. Im sure I'm not alone in this. to the young lady barista I say thank you for making my drink...

I had to wait 5 minutes for one of the three baristas to finish three separate orders before putting the togo stickers on my pickup bag. And I even asked him "was all I waiting on was for you to put three stickers on the bag for me to pick it up" and he looked me dead in the face and said yeah.
Mind you, I already placed my order about 10 minutes before I got to the store and then I sat in my car and waited another 3 minutes before going into the store to pick it up. And it was a cake pop and a lemonade. So on top of the 13 minutes I then had to wait an extra 5 for some passive aggressive POS to put three stickers on my bag?
20 minutes for a cake pop and a lemonade. Do better Starbucks. Hold your employees...
Read moreWe had went to this location around 8:00 on 17th of November to get some drinks and buy cups. They ended up having no milks and the cashier and what seemed to be a lead were being rude and laughing at my mother in law. My wife is a current employee who wanted to use her discount on her drink and was told that she needed a physical card next time even though at every over location and time they have never requested it and were fine with the digital version. They were rude and slamming the drinks on the counter. I don’t mind the location, and I get hard shifts but it doesn’t hurt to be nice and help each other out. We were nothing but nice to them even under their constant rudeness. The one on buena vista next to Stockdale high school is more busy but never fails to be kind and helpful.
