Hadn't been to a Taco Bell for a couple of years...ever since they started making you order at those stupid kiosks! But my friend had a TB craving so we went here. Right off the bat the kiosk wasn't working, wouldn't accept commands. An employee came over and tapped the screen a few times and got one screen to come up then told us we could order from there. We got one order to process then the screen went blank again. After several more tries we finally got the second order in. Went to the counter to pay (stupid system) and all the employees were in the back. Finally paid an indifferent employee, got our drinks and sat down to wait for our order to be announced. Several minutes went by and one employee asked us if we had ordered any sauces. We said no. She placed an order on the cart that clearly says "MOBILE AND DELIVERY ORDER PICKUP". We continued to wait. A few minutes later, a nice gentleman at another table (the only other person in the place at 3 in the afternoon) tells us that that is probably our order. We went to look and sure enough, our order had been sitting on the mobile cart for several minutes getting cold. The employee never called our name. As we ate our tacos we wondered where the meat was. They were very thin on the meat. We opened up our chalupas and they were cold, and so stale that we couldn't even bite through them. My friend took hers up to the counter. The employee made her another and asked if I also wanted a new one. I declined. Didn't want to know what "additives" might have been put in it that I didn't ask for. My friend said her second one was more like what she expected, but again, full of lettuce/cheese/tomatoes but almost devoid of meat. My friend had also ordered a Dragon Paradise drink which is still listed on the kiosk, but which we were told was "no longer available". I would rate a minus two if I could. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location. If this is the way all TBs operate now, I suspect they will be joining the ever growing list of fast food chains that...
Read moreDuring my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and regret to say that it was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.
Firstly, upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed a strong smell of oil emanating from the bag. This was a clear indication of poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness in the kitchen area. Moreover, upon tasting the Mexican pizza, I was utterly dismayed to find that it tasted like the bottom of an oil canister. This not only ruined my appetite but also raised serious concerns about the quality of the food being served.
Additionally, I was extremely dissatisfied with the slow service despite being the only customer in line. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing quality service to customers. It is unacceptable that the service standards were not met, and I was made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time.
Furthermore, it was evident that the kitchen staff had not changed the oil all day, as all the food had a pungent smell of oil. This is a clear indication of negligence and lack of attention to detail on the part of your staff. This is a major health and safety concern that should not...
Read moreMy husband checked into a nearby hotel on his way home after fighting the Caldor fire for two weeks. The hotel restaurant was closed, so he walked to three locations that were all closed looking for a hot meal. He seen someone ordering inside your Taco Bell location and knocked on the door to see if he could sneak in an order, and your employee just yelled they were closed. And he wouldn’t even serve him through the drive thru window. It’s understandable that you can’t keep your doors open 24hrs. However, to turn away someone who is asking to order from the drive thru window is just heartless. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank God there was a lady inside still ordering and was able to order some tacos for my husband, she definitely was an Angel...
