Tina Marie's — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Never got our food, 45 min and nothing , it was busy when we finally left it was not busy when we got there, a table that got there at the same time as us got their food first, not an issue. Them finishing their food before ours came is a problem. The table that got there around 20 min after us getting their food first is an issue . If your staff is going to forget to put in orders maybe they should be writing them down. No need to contact me I will not be back .

You may toss the glasses like I said we wont be back, thank you for the response to my falsified review and trying to save face but if we want to get our facts correct, the table I was talking about and I'm sure you would have seen "while reviewing footage" was not the split sandwich but the party of three we entered the building before. It was not 35 minutes I know exactly what time I got there based off of text messages sent. The server did not say the food was on the way out she told us she would go check on where our food was then proceeded to walk in the opposite direction of the kitchen, for those confused it was the front of the store. Also how wild that "35 minutes exactly" is the story you want to go with as though its a reasonable amount of time ,then chop it up to the weekend grind when we were there well before the rush began. First time there the food was great the atmosphere was good but our services was the worst. It took forever to get our drinks when we sat down. When we got our food the waitress just ignored us. My coffee cup never got refilled my daughter and her boyfriends soda glasses never got refilled. The waitress took a drink order at table next to us I asked if we could get another drink for them she said sure then nothing. We waited for our bill when she came by she Saud oh let me get you that drink 30 mins later after we finished eating so she brings it out in a togo cup. I will give them one more chance to see if the waitress was just having a bad day. I a very big tipper I leave 10 to 20 dollars on a 40 to 50 dollar order I still left something but it was only 5 because of services it hurts because I'm a nice tipper and there was no service. She was at the register most of the time messing with her tickets .Also a large table outside that had a party of 10 to 12 just finished as we were seated when we left the table was still dirty with dishes and uneaten food all over it. My family loves to dine here for the experience as well as the food. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the service is fast and on-point! The place was full and we thought we were going to have to wait, yet they had a table for us RIGHT AWAY. Let me tell you: even if this isn't the exact case for you the day that you come, you will be delighted to receive great smiles as well as the promise of food that excels your very standards! I have eaten the chicken fried steak here, the skillets, the oreo pancakes, the berry-stuffed waffles, the omelets.
