Amazing food and taste, good price but very bad customer service, it was my first time there and the lady who took my order was pushing for me to order quickly and did not explain the menu or the items since I wanted a tostada bowl that wasn't on the menu, (because for common sense, you might notice that it was my first time there, and when you notice a customer that's theirs first time in your business and you take the time, just like 2 minutes, and you explain the menu to the customers you can sell more, so maybe your customer can spend more money on your business.) She added steak to my order without me telling her to do it and I told her I didn't order and she said you did so at the end I told her that it was fine and I had to order the shrimp that my daughter wanted on the side. The other employee who was adding the toppings to the bowl noticed that one of the orders was for my daughter because she was ordering her own toppings, but never told her that the guacamole was spicy (she couldn't eat her bowl at home because it was so spicy). The cashier (I suppose she was the manager) wasn't wearing a facemask, did not offer chips or drinks (which is usually offered by a business that they really want to sell ) so I had to ask for it and she pointed to a single bag of chips that was in front of me. Scince I had to order the shrimp on the side when I got home, more than 20 minutes away from the restaurant, I noticed that they never gave me the shrimp that we ordered. I HAD EATEN HERE BEFORE AND EVERYHING WAS 5 STAR BUT A COUPLE DAYS AGO I WENT BACK AND ORDERED A 🦐🌯 THEY PUT EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE BURRITO IN FRONT OF ME. I ORDERED LIGHT 🍚 AND BEANS BUT GOT THAT IN HEAPS. THEY PUT THE 🦐 ON LAST AND DID IT AWAY FROM ME. I SAW HOW FULL THE TORTILLA WAS BEFORE SHRIMP WAS EVEN ADDED. I SAID MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH SHRIMP. THE PERSON TOLD ME DON'T WORRY IT WAS A GOOD PORTION.
