For context of this review as of 2/22/2025 I went to try to order a 50 dollar value meal order for my family around 8pm I was confirmed of my order over the phone. As i waited just about an hour nothing showed so I called on the status of my order and was lied to saying it didn't process over. So I tried to talk to support about it and was hung up on after I requested the district managers number and corporate number to file a complaint in a professional manner. So never will order anything again from this company. Ordered at Papa John's came less than after that shitty service from pizza hut. I guess you can out pizza the hut after all.
got a reply from the owner pretty sure its an automated response system to make it seem like they do care. if you honestly want insight from a loyal customer here is some pointers. when someone ordering over the phone the employee needs to confirm all the information provided, confirm the order total, confirm that the caller wait time will be estimated based on order intake and status of order. called in advance if there is any issues with the order or if they need to update any information provided. that's pretty much it if you want to make me happy as a customer fix your staff first .......then we will talk when you can accurately give me accurate information to contact...
   Read moreI ordered pizza a few weeks ago and I received it 90min later and paid full price $45 and still tipped the driver, I didn't ask ask for a discount I just wanted my pizza, the manager offered me a free pizza the next time I order. 1/23/18 a couple of weeks later I called,spoke with Jillie or so she said her name was Jillie and ask for the free pizza, she stated she can't find the credit under the number I called from. I gave her both of my sons numbers because they order frequently for pizza hut and she found my last order but stated " she can't give me a credit because I gave her too many numbers" as much food me and my sons order from Pizza Hut and want to deny me something they offered. Now I see why this location has low reviews. I don't normally use this location but this is my last, I would rather drive to get good customer service than to deal with attitude, rudeness.
