Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Balch Springs

So today, I ordered 3 pizzas online with the 9.99 deal. I go to pick it up, and when I get there, I hit the im here button. So I wait a bit and normally they are fast. So I send my daughter in, and the guy tells her it's been picked up. No, the H it was not! So I go in, and they try to run me that same story. So I said if I did, I want to see the camera.so then they say we'll it was stuck, so they made over . O ok! So 6 minutes I was told it would be ready.i'm going to sit in my car and we'll over 6 minutes past so I can go in. I'm standing there STILL NOT READY! I DONT THINK THEY EVEN STARTED IT. SO again, I was told 6 more min.once the 6 min or more was past, I went back in. So I'm told we'll we have 2 pizzas for you we trying to figure out where the third one went👀. What do you mean where it went. So the "Manager" says im making the 3rd one give me 6 more min, then I'll bring out.i said I had a small soda, so he says I'll give u a two liter cool. Finally, he brought my pizza out. JUST A NOTE! He seemed young as well as the workers. Dont know if true but it seems some need to crack down and make sure customers' pizzas are ready and not given away or looked over. I'm all for TEENS WORKING BUT NEED TO BE A STRONG LEADER THERE MAKING SURE THINGS RUN SMOOTHLY and double checking receipts IT WAS EXTREMELY EXHAUSTING WAITING ALMOST AN HOUR FOR SOMEONE MESS UP. I just may think twice about ordering here.i do because it's close but will travel for good customer service. So Balch Springs location FIX IT! Extremely unprofessional although I have had Domino’s order to my place of address multiple different times when I went to place an order today the guy spoke to stated that I’m not within their delivery address and I had said OK then he asked me if I’ve had it place Delivered to my house before and I said yesbut before I could hang up, he said that he would go ahead and have it delivered so I placed my order, He continue to tell me that they were busy so it would probably be about 40 to 45 minutes I said OK we hung up almost 40 minutes past and I get a call from someone else from the same dominoes telling me that her manager told her to cancel my order because I’m out of a delivery range even though I told her that I had just spoken to one of Her coworker at least 30 minutes ago And he informed me of that, but told me that he would go ahead and have...

I live in Mesquite, and getting any kind of food service to deliver is just hard. But, having to stop in to create an order, wait for it, and make it home before it's luke warm is the worst. I walked into the store and I felt like I was in slow motion. Everyone was dragging, yawning, and seemed tired almost to the factor you could hardly hear them speak. I almost left but didn't want to go to Pizza Hut on Cartwright. The pizza was no better. Man, the way these commercials show the food it looks good. When I received my orders, two medium 3 topping pizzas were extremely skippy! This is the last time I visit this store! From this forward, I am making my own pizzas.
