Bones French Quarter — Restaurant in Ballwin

Placed a lunch order today for Seafood Gumbo and fried crawfish dinner…Once I returned to work I realized the gumbo that was advertised to include shrimp and crawfish was not as described…I immediately called to inform the restaurant…the bartender who had an extremely nasty attitude began to go back and forth with me saying “that’s not what our menu says” “we’ve never had crawfish in our gumbo” I started to explain that her information was incorrect however she continued with her disgusting attitude, cut me off and put the “kitchen manager “ on the phone…I explained to him why I was calling he was very nice and asked if I could bring it back…I immediately went back because I was on my lunch break…when I entered the bar the Same bartender continued to display her rude and nasty behavior…as I attempted to show her the menu she shoved the money back to me and walked off mumbling something…I requested to speak to the manager the bartender very disrespectfully said “we don’t have a manager “ I said excuse me? She continued to ignore me…a guy came from the back who I assume was the “kitchen manager “ explaining and apologizing…I explained to him that it was not his fault and I understood but it just wasn’t what I expected…To whom it may concern your bartender is very disrespectful and her attitude is disgusting and disrespectful…she displays a extremely racist attitude as I was the only African American in the establishment…I see why she’s her age working as a bartender because with her attitude she won’t make it far in life…I will never return to this restaurant…and will share my experience with social media and anyone else that will listen….oh and I only requested a refund for the $6.99 gumbo but your bartender was too busy being rude and providing terrible customer service that she returned the entire $24 I originally spent….she should be ashamed …get rid of her! So the waitress Jenny had the audacity to ask why I didn't tip her. I am a good tipper and though this is my 3rd try at this place and I am once again highly disappointed. I ordered a jack and coke a catfish dinner which came with chips cole slaw and supposedly nice sized nuggets. Well, the chips where hard the slaw was horrible and the nuggets where small and greasy. I didn't even eat 50% of my food. Yes she was a waitress but just because you work for tips does not mean I'm obligated to give them especially if you can clearly see that my plate isn't cleared. And I actually was going to tip her but I don't usually tip when I'm paying with a card I all the time tip with cash because it doesn't process at the same time. But this lady ruined her chances anyway by coming to me incorrectly. You work for tips and I came there to satisfy my hunger so I call it an even break. I could have sent my food back but I didn't feel like wasting my time. I had to do that the last time I was there. She also discussed that I hadn't given her a tip with another patron. How dare her! She crumbled the receipt up like I felt it. I called and ask for management she said they weren't in an still called me rude over the phone. I have been going to Bones for close to 35 years. I no longer go there to drink but have been frequenting them for breakfast throughout the last 15 to 20 years. I would have gladly given them 5 stars for their food but I give the blonde haired waitress this morning a 1 star. She has worked there for several years and has always seemed unhappy to wait on me, although I am always nice to her and leave nice tips. This morning, she was friendly to the other patron on the patio but looked forced to wait on my partner and I. After some time, she brought us coffee with no sweetener or creamer and walked away before we could ask. We waited for some time for her to return but she never came back to take out order.
