I have one of the new Galaxy flip phones. Love it. Unfortunately I dropped it while it was open and it obliterated all 3 main components of the touch screen. My only option was to take it and have it repaired. Unfortunately due to it being a new phone the price for parts was not going be cheap. I expected that. I checked around and every place was averaging the same costs in parts. They all were saying labor would be more though. Not these folks. They said the price I had been hearing and that would be it. They said it could be up to a week due to the parts having to be shipped in. Normally I would never pay this much to fix a phone but this one had everything of my life on it. All of my kids photos all of my wedding photos every thing. I never got around to backing them up. Sushma was so sweet and assured me that they could fix it. And as promised by the end of the week my phone is fixed and in full working order. I have ALL my stuff back. I also made sure to immediately back up everything after that. AMAZING WORK!!! I was so relieved to see my all my photos again I instantly started crying tears of joy and relief. If anybody needs phone repairs please don't hesitate go here. I am redeemed. Heading to Spain next week and had some old AT&T phones that I attempted to unlock through the normal channels. Despite the emails from AT&T saying my phone was unlocked, the (helpful but clueless) people at Tmobile couldn't help me confirm they were unlocked and get a pay as you go plan with them.

The helpful (owner?) at Phone Zone knew exactly what the problem was and was able to load up another sim card, attach the phone to itunes, and complete the unlock. I'm all set now.

Clearly this guy knows what he's doing. I had to force him to accept payment from me as well, despite it taking at least 15 minutes of his time.

Do NOT bring your phone for repair to this place. Brought in a phone to have the charging port replaced. They charged me $129 and then when receiving phone calls, the speaker was all static-y. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days then picked it up and the microphone didn’t work so you could make a call but no one would hear you. Brought it back. Left it for 2 days. Then when you made a call, you couldn’t hear them. I asked for my money back. They wouldn’t give it to me and kept telling me to bring it to their other location so the other technician could work on it. Left it one more time. It still doesn’t work. They won’t give me my money. They kept telling me it’s nothing they did, but every time they have the phone something else is wrong with it. Worst...
