A few months ago, we ordered an order to be delivered to our home from this location. After we the delivery person left, we opened up the bag and realized we had someone else's order. We called the store and they said they would bring us our order and to keep the food we had. It was nice to keep the extra food but we ended up having to wait twice as much time for a new delivery. We weren't impressed that this wasn't double checked before the person left the store. Anyway, we hadn't ordered for a few months and decided to try again today. Trying to avoid the issue of delivery that we had before, my husband decided to go order and carry out from the store. He ordered a large mac and cheese, 5 broccoli and cheddar bread bowls and 2 sandwiches. When he got home, he unpacked it all and realized they gave us all 5 bread bowls but only 3 of the soups. He had to drive back to the store to get the other 2 soups that were missing. While he was gone, I opened everything that we had to feed our kids and the large mac and cheese was only half full, it was soupy, not creamy, and the noodles weren't as soft as they usually are. I opened up my sandwich, which was a Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT (and the label said it was this sandwich). I realized it had no bacon on it. They gave me the wrong sandwich. My husband came back 20 minutes later with 2 soups and 3 free cookies. I'm giving 3 stars because they tried to make it up to us but I really can't look passed all of the mistakes in the last 2 orders we have made. So disappointed that the Clayton Rd. location closed. They always got our order right every time!
I'm updating this and lowering to 2 stars. My husband just warmed up a cup of leftover soup and found a corner of a plastic bag in it. Wow...glad it was him and not my 5, 3 or 1 year olds...they could have easily...

The last couple times I've been there order accuracy has been 100% and they're checking off the items on the receipt and signing the "checked by" now ... Thanks for the changes!! The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening - this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru - I ensure order is accurate on the screen - and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time - Including today - I find the "Order Checked By" not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says "Accuracy Matters" (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location). After spending 10 minutes on hold - I got through to the manager ... She did her best with me because I was being difficult - the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can't issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager's fault - but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn't require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons ... She made it clear of my only two options ... And that wasn't one of them. Read moreLet me begin to say I never had a bad experience with this location until yesterday! I place my order as usual with my app and I selected my items. So the time my order should have shown up was at 11:30 at the latest. I'm at work and didn't know that my phone rang so in five minutes I returned the call. I didn't get anyone so I called again to the store and the manager Misty answered. I explained to her I haven't received my food and she went in offence mode! She tells me the guy Delivered it to the address. I'm the Woman at customer service desk and no one came here ! Misty said that the lady said I did not work there! Huh??? I was at the Customer service desk waiting for my food that never arrived and was never brought to the right building as I explain to her! She started to get nasty with me and said do you know your address for the delivery? Yes! The same one on your order . So Misty tells me it's in the cooler and she will have it right out. I tell her we are 2mins down Manchester! She like ok! Now its 12:30 still no food and I call here back she tells me they are busy so I'll get my food when they have a driver available? What! I had enough by that time I told her to cancel my order!!!! I will not take my business to you guys anymore until Misty is gone!
