I wish I could give negative stars! Last weekend I ordered online and got to McAlisters about 4 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and saw a bag sitting behind the counter that I thought might be mine. However I didn't jump to conclusions and waited patiently for my food to be put on the carryout shelf. While I was waiting I heard the employees make fun of the fact that someone (me) ordered BBQ chips as their side even though they don't carry them anymore. When I went to order online, BBQ chips were an option so I chose them! How was I supposed to know the store didn't carry them anymore? I continued to wait 15 minutes for my food and asked one if the employees if the bag they were carrying was for a "Lauren". He laughed at me and sharply said "no." One of the other employees who heard me looked and said, "did you get BBQ chips?" So I told her yes and she grabbed the bag I had been staring at behind the counter from the moment I got there... She proceeded to tell me they were out of those chips so I chose something else. The male employee that was making fun of the fact I got BBQ chips apologized for the wait and said it was because they were slammed... It was 3pm in the afternoon and I was 1 of 5 people in there... They were obviously not slammed! By the time I got in my car the hot reuben sandwich I ordered was completely cold and didn't even have a pickle (which was in the description when I placed my order). The pickle is my favorite part! Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 I have an awful experience with the service at this McAllister's location. I'm honestly not sure why I kept coming back. I will not be ordering from this...
Read moreWhen ordering our food, the cashier didn't really know what was going on. Took us a while to get our order done. Once we ordered we waited and watched while the staff stood around with food ready to go out. We kept waiting... and waiting... and waiting... After a while I started to get up and check on the food, but another customer had come in requesting their money back on something. This literally stopped business, all the staff stopped what they were doing to pay attention to this (all the whole food is building up so much in the window, the cooks have no more room.) Come to find out that this couple needed $1.20 back... you all stopped working for that? Kept waiting... finally got up after 1/2 hour and asked when our food would be ready. The manager said "here," grabbed the food, put it on the counter and walked away. No apology for the wait, nothing... by the way, three other people had come up wondering where their food was, why others had come in after them and are already done eating before your food comes out.

Read moreI went in 10 minutes before closing and did not get acknowledged by anyone. Yet the manager told a young lady to help take my order. I asked if they still had bake potatoes because I understood they were closing, so my expectation wasn't to be mistreated at a place where I am spending my money. I would have preferred her to say no. The young lady in the back rolled her eyes at me as if I were bothering them. I do understand where they get their trying from because both their managers had poor customer service and the face that I paid for avocado and requested the cheese sauce to be on the side only to get what is pictured below. I did notice before I left that I didn't have avocado. I did receive that before I left. After the manager rule cut the avocado with a plastic knife, put it in a container, they threw it across the window and said, "Now we are closed." I know what it's like to want to go home, and I've been there. I've stayed after an hour to help someone, although I had other things to do, and I would never mistreat or be unkind to them because...
