Nothing personal against the baristas, they’re lovely people. But my last six orders, in a row, in this past month alone were all messed up: 3 were mobile pick up orders of the same hot drink and when I finally received them, they’d be cold, as in iced. The first time I just took it but the next two times I waited longer to get the right thing. (And I did receive some attitude for just not taking what I was given. Sorry, I want the hot one, it’s what I like.) Then the fourth order I placed for the same thing, only this time I used a drive thru pick up. It was made cold AGAIN. This is not a special order, it’s the apple crisp macchiato and it clearly is the hot selection. The fifth time I ordered something in the app, it was a coffee with a couple pumps of syrup. I waited an extra 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready before I got it. And then I finally gave up on using the app and ordered the macchiato at the drive thru—-was handed someone else’s drink, went inside to get mine, was handed “mine”, and upon leaving the store and tasting it, found out it to be a plain latte, not the Apple drink. Read moreI come to this location all the time because it’s right by my house and there’s normally pretty good service but this was not the case tonight. My drink was given to me wrong three times at the drive thru window. First, they gave me a grande cup which also had no sweet cream cold foam on top so i told them i ordered a venti and it needed the cold foam. they set it on the counter and started making me a venti then handed it to me without the caramel drizzle. they took it back in the store and yelled to someone that it needed the caramel drizzle and then gave me back the cup for the third time with barely any on top at all. I have ordered this same drink several times at multiple different locations and have had zero problem. the girls in the store were also yelling things like they were “on the struggle bus today” and groaning as they were trying to make the drink and put the lids on. Read moreNot one to write reviews but I felt the need to do so this morning. I ordered a venti shaken espresso with an extra pump of classic syrup and light ice (which I’ve done many times). The lady who took my order and my money was the nicest person I’ve ever talked to! When I received my coffee, the person who made it did not fill it even close to the top. It was more of a tall/grande, while paying for a venti. I asked her if that was actually mine and she replied, “You asked for light ice, I’m not sure what you want me to do about it.” and walked away. I felt so embarrassed, but also very annoyed because I’ve ordered this many times and it’s never been like this. I also asked for an extra pump of classic, so 7 pumps, but there was actually 0. It was a great start to my morning! Maybe they changed their rules on what to do when someone asks for light ice, but I guarantee I will not be asking...
