&pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

Went to this pizza place today because I always see people dying in there and I do love me a good pizza. I was very very hungry today so I decided to walk up there because it’s just five minutes away from my job. Entering this location, it did seem very clean, but I had a few questions in regards to the menu because it was my very first time trying out this location. The server was extremely rude Her name was Robert L this was the name provided to me on my receipt. I had to take the time out to explain my experience because I felt very disrespected. I even had to tell her at a certain point to calm down and speak to me better because it was my first time and I didn’t know how the menu worked. She proceeded with the AirPod in her ear so she could not hear nothing that I was saying to her and also texting on her phone, ignoring me as the customer and then when she did speak to me, she spoke to me with a tone of ignorance after ordering and I am telling you I only ordered because I was extremely hungry. I was about to walk out. She then told me I could come and pay while I was about to pay she ask me what kind of drink do I want? I told her I did not want any drink because I didn’t understand at this point that the pizza came with the drink because she didn’t even take the time out to explain that to me so then she told me it comes with the pizza While I was trying to look around what flavor drink I wanted, she seemed extremely annoyed. Her direct words were (Come on bro) Very unprofessional because I was not her bro And the Tone of her voice was more likely like get your food and get out of here I will never return to this pizza place and it is very disappointing because I tried the pizza and it was good but the customer service was disgusting And I wouldn’t come somewhere that I am unwanted as a customer I Went there 3:46 PM On the 6/8/2025 and there was not a lot of people in there just one gentleman and I very disappointing and why does she have a phone at the front of the house? Only order in person. There is no way to contact the store if your order is wrong or in my case, gets canceled by the driver.

Their online ordering system failed to send a ticket with any information to the store, so the workers naturally couldn't make my craft your own as they didn't know what I wanted on my pizza.

The ordering app directs you to a DC number that essentially just tells you to order online. If you call the number listed on Google for this location, you get a virtual assistant (ai) that is equally useless and tells you the store doesn't have a phone number to contact and instructs you to order online.

If my online order messed up the first time, why would I order through it again?

Pizza was as expected once I went into the store and discussed what happened with the workers. Thank you to them for making my food once they got the details from me in person but it's wild to me that a pizza shop couldn't have a telephone to handle this issue without me having to drive to the store. I have been to this location quite a bit because I really enjoyed the pizza. It’s made right in front of you and it’s fresh and delicious. However, there has been 2 instances where I had issues when the two females are working (one heavy set and screams at you and the other is skinny and always has a turbine style scarf. The skinny one is so incredibly rude and the manager(heavy set female) does nothing. She allowed her employee to have a full blown argument with me about my order and she literally stood there and watched. I was disrespected so much that I decided to contact the owner. He basically did nothing, said he had a talk with them and that he would send me coupons, never received those. They smoke cigarettes and weed right outside of the door, absolutely no respect for the business or customers. It’s a ghetto mess just saying. I have never had a problem with any of the male workers. My coworkers also said they have had problems with the female workers. I have decided not to eat there anymore....
