America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

Where do I begin. My twins and I had a taste for wings and fries and instead of making it at home we decided to order from here. I called it in at 7:07 we arrived at the carryout shortly after. Other customers who came in after us orders were ready before ours. Customers who came before us acknowledged that they called in an order and were still waiting while others who came after them were walk in and got their food. I demanded to speak to a manager because clearly there was no organization with processing the orders . The manager hesitated at first to speak to me and I sensed he knew his restaurant did not have enough staff to meet the demand of the restaurant. This place is the primary example for greed. There is no reason why he should be open taking more customers money and having them wait as if their orders were dine in. My children and I left with a full refund at 7:40 and our food still was not prepared. Will never go there again. They too petty I got 5 wings and they wanna charge for sauce (ranch, hny mustard) the food cool but when I get a sub there's was always aluminum in it from when they cut it, wings be a lil dry but if u hungry you'll eat. If u want olbay on ya fries u gotta pay a extra dollar. Crazy right. When u call n ask How things are they told me once, "that i don't eat this stuff its for ya" wow. I Just say f it cause its the only thing around when I'm at work but you'd rather goto taco bell. Least the sauces are free. Well I vented enough. If u want americas best wings go to the other locations. This one sucks. Dude comes out the back to fill the ice tea and lemonade containers wit a mop bucket and swaet drippin from his face. The wings are good. I would not say "America's Best". But these wings hold their own as good. They have many sauce options. So many, that if you cannot find a sauce you want, you probably never will anywhere.

They offer much more than just wings. They also sell food such as: Cheesesteaks, Salads, Steamed Veggies, Fried Fish, Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Desserts and more.

The staff are all about getting your order complete and accurate. This place keeps a crowd. Always a line of people coming for an order. So the staff is all about getting things done. You order, they make it there when you order, box it, bag it and you're on your way. Most people order to go.
