Business need to pay attention to their reviews & employees more often and actually care... The outlook is repulsive (and don't verbally ofphysically allow anyone to run over you as an owner which is what some businesses feel like) IMPROVEMENTS can be made (especially at the check out) ...some improvements have been made ... younger or older ...store & employees need to ALWAYS be well kept... and within the correct vibe... I no longer even hear gossiping directly in front of the customer about the customers somebody must have got cussed out finally ... try to keep up the good wrk, (no offense to who is offended, but I call things how I see it, not how they want to be seen/called... I say to any staff or management, if you're going to have young children or young adults (again no offense going off of consistency / actions) running an establishment, you need to properly or retrain the way that they should go, let me not get biblical because some of these folks do need a little church) unfortunately, a lot of circumstances like these experiences happens everywhere; however management has to make sure that they do what they're supposed to do. Be fair with the customers and check your employees when they're wrong. I don't have to say much; The reviews say enough, I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt from what i've so far seen in the switch up.. But now I see why the employees & customers look so frustrated on the inside a lot of things been going on š¤š... Hopefully, it'll be almost perfect 1 day... And you have a lot of older young people obviously not leading the younger people because they don't have any/good leadership which is definitely understandable just looking at the pattern of this facility ..might be visiting again soon becuz of the reasonable prices but in order to gain consistency and all 5 stars, you must be consistent just a word of advice ... i've never had the issue because i'm mostly used cards power, if I was you, I would not steal from me, I don't take liars and thievery very well, unfortunate to consistently hear, tht this is the most consistent...Gotta...

For example, their pedicures start at 25$ but visiting that place was rather a queer experience when I learned that the 25$ pedicure did not include scrubbing your heels to remove dead flesh. Who gives pedicures without removing dead flesh from the soles of your feet, though? The 25$ pedicure does not involve removing dead flesh from your cuticles either. On top of that, if you were previously wearing gel polish you have to pay an extra 5 bucks to remove the polish unless you are gonna repolish with gel. Everything was "almost"fine till I got to the register. This was a very disappointing shopping experience and as much as I spent I should have been treated better. Sad situation. Did not leave satisfied if anything I wish I would have shopped somewhere else instead. Nightmare hair store experience. Donnot shop here. They will steal as much as they can from you, then even management will cover it up for their employees mistakes and dishonesty. This situation became distressing to me and disturbed my peace of mind making the transaction complicated....
