I haven't had a mani Pedi in about 2 years as I am a single mom of a special needs child and often can't get time to myself. So going to get my nails done was a big deal. When I arrived I was led to a chair the shop only had one customer in it besides me. He asked what I wanted I said gel manicure, I'll maybe get a pedicure if I have enough time. Because of my sons behaviors I never know when I am going to be called and have to return home. The man said I could get them both done at the same time. Two women come from the back. One woman tries to get me to get a full set. When I restate that I just want a manicure she haggles me to get a gel pedicure. She stated the polish won't dry. I know she was exaggerating to make the sale but time was of the essence. So I agreed to get a gel pedicure. She asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and I picked the first one on the list. She said that was for children. Adult pedicures start at $40. She lied. Against my better judgement I selected the next pedicure. I felt like I was on North Ave. being dope fiened Things went from bad to worse. Initially two women were working with me. The hustler on my nails and someone else on my feet. As soon as a couple came in for pedicures she said nothing to me stopped doing my nails and went to help them. The gel polish was too thick. The filing was not on point and the overall service was sucky. I will never return to Nail Trix. The name is appropriate because they are tricky and lack integrity and business ethics. It's been a week and the gel polish is chipping. I get a compliment every now and then because I picked good colors but there execution sucked. When I see all the good reviews either they're lying or it depends on who you get at the shop. What kind of TRICK BAG is that? As you can see in the pictures my nails look horrible and it's only been a week.

The short lady that’s is at the register greeting the welcome, she should not be doing nails. The 1st time I went to this location, the lady was ok friendly but she should not be doing nails. Between my cuticles and natural nail the is a gap under the acrylic. The shape of my alleged Stelio nail are uneven layers you could feel the coarseness of the textured layer. An overall view of my nail, you will not be able to tell the cuticles from my actual skin because everything is covered in acrylic without shaping. Also limited oof or design. I decided not to go back to this location. Found another Location that they owned a couple miles away down Reisterstown Road when I tell you that this time there was no need for me to have a bad nail job and a pretty face- the same thing happen this time at the second location I decided I am not getting out the chair unless this lady fixed this gap between my nail and my cuticle. It was a mess. I absolutely do not recommend this place. My two encounters of the whole franchise was bad. The photos below actually shows a gap in my acrylic and my natural nails the shape of the nail was terrible… and she was ruff.

I’ve traveled all over—Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas—and no one has ever been able to hand-paint flowers on my nails the way I wanted. Every place wanted to use stickers, but this Baltimore nail spot was the first in 10 years to actually do it by hand and get it perfect. They never tell you ā€œnoā€ā€”they accommodate every request and, if needed, the whole team jumps in to make sure you’re taken care of. They even stayed late just to finish my nails exactly the way I envisioned. The ambience is stunning—beautiful, relaxing, and fun. I enjoyed multiple glasses of wine, laughed with the staff, and felt so comfortable the entire time. The quality of my nails and toes is phenomenal—I left feeling pampered, loved, and more than satisfied. By the end of my appointment I was literally telling them how much I loved them, and they told me they loved me too. That’s how genuine and kind they are. This place is truly one of a kind, and I can’t wait to go back!

Do not come to this salon unless you want to overpay for God awful service. Both my and my mother's GEL nail polish started chipping barely 24 hours after we got our nails done. My nails were sloppily done on top of that with many air bubbles and polish splattered over my cuticle. When we went in 2 days later to get them redone, the front desk woman said we would have to pay full price again if the exact same person who did it before was not there. She was very rude and lacked any custom service know-how. They only redid mine for free after I explained that we could not wait several hours for the same guy to come in for his shift to do mine. My mom never got hers redone as they still wanted her to wait until the next decade. They overcharge for poor service - letting you know right now that their watered down gel polish costs $20 extra per set. So if you get a mani pedi, which I had the misfortune of getting, you're paying an extra $40 only for it to chip off as soon as you get home. If you want quality service I recommend ME Nail Salon up the street. It's cleaner, the employees are much friendlier, and they start on time when you have an appointment. Only reason I went to this establishment is because my mom heard they...
