Bill's Place — Restaurant in Baltimore

Terrible service don’t ever come here ever. The owner and workers disrespectful. I went here during this virus pandemic it’s 20 people in this small enclosed da excuse for a carry out. I called my order in at 8:15 pm I got there 8:50pm it’s 7 of us at this point inside I waited in line to pay and left out as I see more and more people coming in. I’m at the window watching because I noticed they weren’t calling names or anything just piling orders up on top of the pizza oven. Around 9:10 maybe 9:15 they call two orders 2 and ignore the rest that are sitting there so since I can very clearly see my name on the bag I go in and ask for my order which was already paid for and it stated so on my ticket the Ignorant lady who apparently didn’t want to be there says it’s still getting bagged now I ordered two subs one fry and a nugget basket which was all tied up in the bag so I ask well what else needs to be bagged from there the owner says you’re not the only person in here. As I can clearly see I state I understand but I ordered an hour ago other people started asking why haven’t they called orders yet and so the owner which is who rang my order up pics up the bag asked if my name was the name on the order before I could answer he threw my bag in the window and the lady said u should’ve made her wait another hour as if they were right at that point it was over 20 people in this small takeout and they knowing the state this world is in should be trying to get people out so they’re not shut down. Now I usually only get cheesesteaks from Mama Mias and my secondary place if I can’t make it there is Bills I’ve heard so many nasty things about this owner the woman who I don’t believe was there I’ve heard nothing but great things. They will not ever get my business I didn’t feel like taking the extra ride last night but I will for now on I’ve been going to Mama Mias for over 15 years very friendly family atmosphere and gets you in and out even on Friday night. They clearly don’t care if one of there customers or all get sick it’s sad that they can feel like they weren’t wrong and even after giving me my order they hadn’t called anymore orders. I will make sure to tell my family and friends not to think twice just don’t go to this ignorant...

I ordered delivery, my food was dropped off shortly went to go look at it and was immediately disappointed. I first noticed that the wings were way too well done to where the meat was fried off the bone. Mind you I don’t mind my wings well done but that was way too well done. The seasoning was very unsatisfying. Then I open the pizza and could automatically tell it was not going to be tasteful. I called to complain and change my order they told me that they couldn’t change it I have to re-order the same thing. I have never heard that in my entire life of ordering food if I didn’t like something I was able to pick something else anywhere else I ever been ans had an issue. After I asked for something else the lady told me, VERY RUDELY, I can’t do that so she put me on hold. Someone else got on the phone and he was just as rude. He told the lady to put in an order for a cheesesteak For me. She began to yell in the back ground. She got back on the phone and asked what I wanted on it I told her. She she asked do I want cheese on fries I told her I don’t want fries with a rude attitude she told me it comes with fries. If I don’t want fries then don’t put them on there what is so difficult and why is such a nasty attitude. I highly recommend you DO NOT order through them, their food is trash and their attitudes...

Welcome to Bill's - a word about the location and the 2 stars have nothing to do with where this place is but a warning That section of West Baltimore Street - shocking....shocking for West Baltimore. Nearly every structure, for 1000 feet in either direction, is half boarded or full on destroyed. Bill's seems to be the 1 place that avoided the mass abandonment of this street and its properties. Proceed with Caution - now the Review. I ordered nearly 20.00 bucks worth of a loaded cheesesteak, and 4 whole wings with fries. Bill's went 1 for 3 - the steak was a gooky mess, fell apart immediately, not supported by a pruneish roll that was instantly soggy 10 minutes later arriving home. The filling tasted okay but a SUPREME let down. The Fries tasted generic, frozen and chewy rather than flavorful and crispy (big pass). The whole wings were enjoyable...well fried with good flavor.
