Club Charles — Restaurant in Baltimore

Lorenzo (bar manager we met tonight) was drunk out of his mind and had the audacity to shove his nasty fingers in my mouth and thought it was funny. I just met the guy. He apparently manages this place. Absolutely disgusting for him to do that. it was super unexpected and I felt assaulted and ashamed that happened to me. I tried telling the police and they didn’t even believe me because they KNEW him. Like how unlucky and disgusting is that?!!!??? It was our first time visiting the bars in Baltimore and it’s safe to say we’re never coming back here ever again and will definitely alert all our friends and family to stay clear of this place. AVOID THIS PLACE...

Stay away from this place. There are actually multiple accounts of the manager Lorenzo harming people and even clientele. There was an instance last night with witnesses where he forcefully inserted his fingers down into a woman’s mouth without her consent and when filing a police report, the police saw him and actually knew him personally, so they did nothing about it. Little man who hides behind protection and is just some penniless, dime-a-dozen common wannabe gangster. Also didn’t realize that the Baltimore police department had such little shaking cowards in their force getting down on their knees and...

After being made aware of a bartender's recent behavior, we would like to deeply apologize to our customers and in particular to the two people involved directly in the incident. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, whether from customers or employees. Accordingly, we have terminated the employee in question. We are deeply shocked by this event.
