CRAVE — Restaurant in Baltimore

I've never had the opportunity to try Waffle-licious but now that they're back as Crave, I will now be making a visit for a summer time treat. Nestled in Little Italy, Crave is a cute modern-styled waffle ice cream shop that is the perfect treat for an afternoon snack or a tasty ending to a delicious meal.

The moment I walked into Crave I could smell the amazing aroma of waffles wafting in the air. An automatic lure. I took a look over the menu and was immediately overwhelmed by all of the tantalizing options. But was happy to see that they had something for everyone with so many items for your creation. I settled on a Dubai inspired treat, a chocolate waffle, pistachio ice cream, Nutella, and chopped pistachios with a pistachio cream. And my oh my, was this concoction delicious. My first bite and I was in a state of pure bliss. I'm not sure if they make their own ice cream in house but it sure does taste like they do, because that was some of the best pistachio ice cream I've had. The gentleman assisting me was very helpful in answering my questions and mentioned they make all of their syrups.

If I still worked in Baltimore I'd be in trouble. This location is within walking distance of the east side of the harbor. We were lucky to meet the owner the first time we came. She spoke proudly of the quality of her ice cream and she has every right to. Ben and Jerry's who? The ice cream is the best I've had. Like I said Ben and Jerry's who? Our experience with the owner was amazing. She walked us through the steps for ordering and provide excellent service. Nothing fell short during our next second visit. We had dinner in Fells Point and came here for dessert on our 8th Anniversary. The waffle is flavorful. Actually better than our experience in ft Lauderdale when were first experience the bubble waffle. Add this place to your list. And then go visit lol. You won't be disappointed. Discovered this place on IG and was determined to check it out. The kids and I agreed this would be one of our Hanukkah experiences. It did NOT disappoint! The girl who waited on us was super sweet and friendly and did a great job of balancing our order while finishing up another order. The waffles were AMAZING!! I got crème brûlée (the one with the strawberries on it), my son created his own (chocolate) and my daughter got the New Beginnings and made one minor tweak to it. Reasonable prices for a unique desert experience. My only critique is the place is SUPER tiny and there is no place to sit inside to enjoy your treat and the was only one bench which was between this place and the place on the corner but it only fits a couple people and it was taken.
