I have no issue with the place other than its kinda small. Its good to be there to see the groups with ease from most spots in the room even as a short person. It can get crowded and even very hot. Didn't try the bar but there was a lot of people drinking. The most obnoxious part will be all the other consumers! Most people are at least 21+. Will be a decent amount of drinking around you. Do dress for it being warm in there.
Bring good non- muffling earplugs or you can buy some muffling ones at the door. Entry is pretty easy unless its a certain age for the event. They play irrelevant music between groups though for the most part. The workers were all cool.
Decently accessible for those with wheelchairs. Would advise making sure they know you need accommodations.
Side note: i went to the Born of Osiris simulation tour. They started the first group at 6:30 though the ticket said it would begin around 7. Definitely come earlier if you want to support more (lesser known) groups and get a closer spot the whole time but come later if you want to only hear a certain few. The group i came for (Make them Suffer) which was listed 3rd, came around 7:40.. Maybe even stay later to meet folks. Definitely try to come with a friend it would...
Read more5 mins into the show, and finishing my first drink, I found out it was laced. I hit the floor and passed out, smashing my head off the floor, someone carried me to the bar and the bartender was reluctant to give me water. Once outside an ambulance showed up and assisted me. The paramedics said it was most likely fentanyl that I ingested. During all this from what I was told by my significant other, security took several minutes to help me. I also remember this between my conscious states. In fact two other people that were at the show helped me outside and a woman who was also at the show happened to be a nurse, honestly saved my life. The staff got my info and I got told they were going to send me new tickets. It’s been WEEKS and no one contact to me has been made. Now I understand the the venue is not at fault for me getting drugged, however they did very little the help and once I came to the manager just stood ten feet away and never once said a word to me…. I will never return to this place and at this point I will continue to spread to word of how atrocious the staff was and how horrible they handled the situation. To the people that were there like me to have a good time and decided to...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star, well believe me that I would. For starters, the staff here were extremely rude to me. I was very nice with them at first, telling them my wife had grabbed an uber to meet me there after she had finished at work. I had already entered however and they would not let me leave to walk my pregnant wife across the street to where my car was parked to stash her bag without buying another ticket. Being that pregnancy is considered a medical exception, I find that it was very unfair and furthermore, the lady on the inside would not give me her undivided attention while I was asking her questions to get some information. At this point, I was extremely irate. This is the most egregious treatment I have ever received and they are extremely unprofessional. My advice is to save your money and go to the closest place to see the band you most desire playing. These people are a joke. Let's not kid ourselves here, sure we come to enjoy music but a huge part of that experience is exceptional customer service, which this place lacks. I have been to many venues. I excell in human relations and can tell you that, I have been treated much better by staff at...
