The entrance to this Dunkin’ Donuts is quite obnoxious but upon getting in you’ll find the place is filthy. There is no real area for you to sit outside of one small table that is uselessly occupied by the homeless or panhandlers. The last few times I’ve visited, the trash is always overflowing or there are dirt stains/ marks that appear to never get cleaned up. I had an issue with the app and when trying to resolve this issue with one of the barista’s he kinda just shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted to pay for something else, not seeming to care or offering any advice to fix the problem. My last visit both of the workers seemed to be busy making online orders which is understandable and I waited upwards of five minutes. However during that time I was not greeted, the workers were moving very slowly and would avoid eye contact. As I waited I noticed there was a grotesque fly, flying around landing on the donuts amongst other things. I immediately became disgusted and wondered what else happened behind that counter that the eye couldn’t see and left. Read moreI used to frequent this location almost daily a few years ago, and I had no issues there. Pleasant service and a welcoming place to enjoy food and coffee with friends. On my most recent visit, I discovered that all had changed. Lousy customer service. Unorganized and rude. It lacks any sort of atmosphere now. I wanted an iced coffee without ice, and they told me they charge extra for no ice. I get iceless iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts all the time at various locations in the city, county, and state. Not once have I been asked to pay extra for not having ice in my beverage. I doubt that the amount of coffee replacing the ice is enough for them to notice. It shows that you are paying for a cup of ice with coffee in it—cheapskate rip-off tactics. They want you to get your coffee and donuts and get the heck out is the feeling this visit left me with. Read moreI try every morning Monday- Friday to purchase my breakfast before work, the line is always long and she acts like she don't understand or maybe you should train someone else to help take down the line from 6 am- 7am. I called today and asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the Manger and I made a suggestion and she stated that you all don't have enough money to pay for an extra person to work the register, and what do I want her to do.
