This is a joke. It is a sham of a place that should change its name to “bad vibes” Don’t ever go here - terrible food and service They actually stalk you down and bully/threaten you on social media if you leave them a negative review! That’s harassment !(see attached)
Nothing good about this place apart from its location. Their menu seemed pretty exhaustive but the food tastes drab and made me sick. The service is TERRIBLE. They have two minor non English speaking girls serving alcohol and they do a pathetic job. First, they neither understand nor speak basic English required to serve at a bar “draft/on tap” etc. Secondly, the service is the SLOWEST in history given that the bar/restaurant was EMPTY and we were the only customers and ordered veggie fajitas! How complicated could it get given that their fajitas had nothing but grilled bell peppers and onions (no tortilla bread came along with it and no avocado or guacamole either given that we didn’t have any meat in the order !). They first brought me my order of fajitas and then my friends of the veggie chilaquiles (equally bad) so it took over an hour to get two very simple dishes in an empty bar. Their menu stated they have beer on draft but the South American girl serving us flatly denied having ANY beer on tap (why not mention it at the beginning or while ordering instead of serving is bottled beer we didn’t want !) Both girls were way more interested in their phones than serving customers. Avoid this place and save your...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible serviceee!!! Do not eat here!! My husband and I came on a Saturday around 5pm,and the restaurant was pretty empty. Only us and one other person was at the bar but we figured it was early and we could give it a try since we were hungry. The vibes and decor seemed great up until we received our food. My husband ordered the mango salmon, and literally took one bite and did not like it. I tried it myself just to see if it was that bad and it WAS. It was as if they took a piece of salmon and poured mango purée on top. The worse kind of salmon I’ve ever tasted. We politely asked the server if we could get something else because the salmon was not what we expected. His response was “I can put in another order for something else, but I cannot remove the salmon off your check” mind you.. this meal was $22 by itself. Once we were told this, we decided to not get anything else. The server explained further that if he complained to his boss about us not liking the food that his boss would take money from his check. So he explained that he could not remove the salmon off our check. This response and service was unbelievable and truly disappointing. I’m not sure what’s going on there but considering the location and everything else, we truly thought we would receive better service. We spend almost $90 at this establishment and they treated...
Read moreGood Vibes Cantina is indeed a vibeee! Music was fire (if you don’t mind it a little loud), atmosphere and decor were so cute, and the food was hot and delicious.
The service however, lacked (due to what seems to be a lack of servers) as we experienced long waits in between ordering and receiving drinks and food, as well as not being properly tended to throughout our meal. Upon being seated, we waited about 10-15 minutes before we were greeted and had our initial drink and appetizer order taken, then waited a little over 25 minutes for them. The appetizers came with napkins upon asking and no other plates. The second round of drinks we ordered, which was a further wait, were missing the extra steps/aesthetic pieces we saw in the first round. About 30-40 minutes after ordering our food, we received it. It was hot, delicious, and visually pleasing. It was worth the wait for the most part, but the service lacked hospitality (even though there is an 18% gratuity fee added for parties of 4 or more). Besides the service, I would come back again for the food, music, and location. If you’re bringing a vibe and don’t mind waiting, Good Vibes Cantina is a 8.5/10.
P.S. Please provide serving plates for apps. We had to ask server for napkins.
P.P.S. Whoever was playing...
