Typically I would give honeygrow 5 stars but for this situation I can not. I love their food and their service , i order from there weekly especially while at work , I have to eat gluten free so I appreciate their gluten free options. But two weeks ago I placed an order through door dash and I ordered my usual gluten free noodles. When the food arrived the ticket on the food was correct but I could tell the noodles were not gluten free because my co workers noodles that ordered were identical to the ones I was given. Plus I order the gluten free noodles weekly so I familiar on their look and taste. But the disappointment came from the service i received from honeygrow when I called. The woman stated the order was correct because the ticket was correct but I was looking directly at the noodles and they were not the gluten free noodles.( I informed I could send her a picture negated I did take one). She then said they could either send another order or refund, I asked for a refund since I was leaving work in an hour. She then said I would have to contact door dash for a refund and it was not there problem but door dash is not the one that made the error. And that was the end of the conversation, I felt like the employee at honeygrow did not care but the attitude in her voice. Read moreI've ordered from this location on 3 separate occasions and something is always missing from my order. All 3 times I paid for extra sauce but did not get any on the noodles or on the side. I don't understand. On the second occasion my coworker shared her sauce. Its not what I wanted but the noodles would have been dry otherwise.
Sunday, May 15th, a group order was placed for pickup. It was under the name Melanie Baldus. I got the CYO Stir Fry(egg white noodles) with scramble eggs, curly kale, scallions, mushrooms, and cilantro and spicy garlic sauce with and extra spicy garlic sauce. Needless to say the sauce was missing and I was hoping the third time would be a charm, but it was not.
Although I would like to try some of the other dishes this company has I don't have confidence that my order will be right. Who wants to spend money, a hefty price at that, on something you did not order or pay for extras that you are not going to get.

But if you’re ordering from this specific location with the honeygrow app- CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU PAID FOR WAS ADDED TO YOUR SALAD. I’ve been ordering on the app for a while and recently (within the past 4 months) every time I order a salad from them they “forget” to add something. I pay an extra $1.30 for goat cheese and ive had to open my salad in the middle of the restaurant multiple times to make sure they added it. And I recently ordered a salad with chicken and they didn’t add it. I paid an extra 2.60$ for that. When this happens once in a while it’s fine but this happens every time now “all of a sudden”. What’s going on? I’m wasting an extra 2-4$ every time I order something from them that they don’t add to my salad. Please speak up to the restaurant if this happens to you.
