This store is completely unprofessional! Me and my husband frequent this location and have never had any problems. My husband walked into the store today to purchase his juice and was confronted by a young lady named Kim behind the register who asked him if he was the one that wrote a bad review about her store. He then explained to her no he’s never written a review and that if he did, he wouldn’t have returned to the store. I then called the location and spoke to Kim and asked her if she harassed my husband about a review. She said she did and I proceeded to tell her how unprofessional that is in a business and you don’t handle situations like that with people who patron your store and she hung up on me. I called back to inform her that I would be contacting the corporate office for her conduct and she said “you can do whatever you want”. I then proceeded to contact corporate and explain to them what happened and right after that, she called me back and tried to explain herself saying that he looked like the person that wrote the review. My husband is a black man. I had no idea that reviews had pictures of the person whom is writing. That now makes me believe that the store owner is a bit biased. Patron this location at your own risk but me and my family...

The woman working there gave us a look like we had no business being there and carried that nasty attitude throughout the entire interaction. She was completely unwelcoming, visibly annoyed by our presence, and had zero customer service skills.
When my friend politely asked if he could alter his $15 açaí bowl before it was even made, she snapped that nothing could be changed unless he paid extra—like we were trying to rob the place, not just customize a damn overpriced fruit bowl. Then she handed me my order completely wrong, ignoring one of the add-ons I paid for and only including the honey she suggested. Just sloppy and dismissive.
Meanwhile, the white customers who came in after us got chipper greetings, casual banter, and all the smiles we never received. I’m not saying it definitely was racial—but I’m also not naïve. The contrast was loud.
This isn’t just bad service—it felt personal, degrading, and disgustingly unprofessional. Pure Green needs to seriously evaluate who they’re putting behind that counter because I promise you, I will never return to this location again. And I’ll make sure everyone I know...

We waited, and when the employee finally came out, she didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. Instead, she told me the person off to the side was “ahead of me,” even though he wasn’t in line or engaging with the counter. It felt dismissive and unnecessary.
I placed my order and asked right afterward if I could change the base of my açaí bowl. All the bowls are the same price, and I even added toppings, yet I was told I’d have to pay extra just to swap the base, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. The way it was handled felt rigid and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, my partner’s bowl was made incorrectly. Rather than offering to fix it, the employee simply said she “didn’t charge for the honey,” though the final price was higher than what he asked for. It felt like we were being talked down to rather...
