Owner was very rude and unprofessional. I visited this place alone for the very first time lastnight. I rang the doorbell twice because after the first ring no one answered. I didnât know he would come to door angry that I rang twice and being my first time here I didnât know to only ring once. As soon as the owner opened the door he was angry and said âHow many times are you going to ring itâ âWhy donât you ring it againâ. Then asked me why I even decided to come to his establishment. After I explained to him that I just wanted to go somewhere new and have a good time he told me that it was âmember onlyâ and private and if he let me in that I couldnât speak to any other guests because they donât like talking. Then told me he would only let me this time but not next time. I myself own multiple businesses and I would never even imagine treating any of my customers this way. I was looking for a nice upscale hookah lounge in Baltimore to frequent. Iâll take my black owned business dollars to someone who genuinely cares and appreciates their customers. I never write reviews but I am genuinely a nice person and have never been treated so rudely. Iâm so disappointed in this business and I truly wanted to have a...

A $25 uber ride later and they have a sign outside saying "open come on in" but it's a lie. Thankfully because of other reviews, I at least asked uber to stay while I checked the door. sure enough, they were closed. Sounds like this is a regular issue. Unless you're in walking distance, go somewhere else, not worth the gamble.
UPDATE: I appreciate your response. I spoke with you on the phone before I came over, I came during those hours and I was still greeted with a locked door and no answer to my knocks or additional calls. Seems like when people can come in, they love you. So while I have issues with your hours not being true, you seem like a good person. I hope you enjoy continued success, and I hope others don't have the experience I and a few...
Read moreMy wife have been visiting this spot for about a year now and we love the entire vibe. If yourâre looking for a âlit hookah loungeâ this ainât it. Itâs chill. Itâs a vibe. Itâs laid back.
Itâs a split level lounge but mostly open on the 1st level. But if you are able to sit upstairs prepare to feel like you just went back in time! Made us feel like we broke into an old furniture store with Afrobeats playing over the intercom.
No DJ, just YouTube music; 90âs R&B, old school rap. A vibe.
Not overly crowded. Sitting under patio deck umbrellas surrounded by gold fish and sound of people laughing and talking.
Bring your own libations. Donât come up in there with a platter of food.
Come and enjoy...
