Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Baltimore

So I go into Jersey Mike's for the first time ever. I got a gift card for Father's day. I walk in and the girl working behind the counter takes my order, I order a chicken cheese steak, bag of chips and a drink. As I'm paying for my food I notice the girl who took my order walks over to the plastic pan full of already cooked bacon and grabs a handful of it "with rubber gloves on" she walks over and drops half of it on the grill and proceeds to just start shoving the rest in her mouth! I'm watching her in disbelief as her fingers covered in bacon grease and elastic gloves enter her mouth as she is decimating this bacon!! I was so shocked that it took me a second to regroup and ask for a refund and by that time she was already back over to where the bacon was which had another pan sitting next to it with banana peppers in it and with the same 5 fingers that was just in her mouth she dipped into the banana peppers and grabbed a handful of those!! To eat you might ask? Nope they were for my sandwich!!! So I asked for a refund and explained why and you would've thought I just cussed them out! First review I’ve ever given. Ordered food to be delivered through the Jersey Mikes app. The DoorDasher marked my food delivered in the app and told the front door person at my apartment that the address changed in the app she was leaving to take it to the new address. I made no changes and they clearly were making an effort to take the food and my tip. They wouldn’t answer my calls. When I called this Jersey Mikes location they were rude immediately and made me call back to talk to another person. Once I finally got someone else on the phone, he was also extremely rude for no reason. I wasn’t even accusing them of anything, the delivery person was the original problem. The guy on the phone said that the manager was taking care of it and would call back. When I asked to speak with the manager the guy was rude again and said he was in a meeting. Never heard back from anyone and pretty sure the manager was never even notified. Worst customer service ever for just trying to tell them I got robbed. I went into this store around 10:15a today to grab a bite. The young lady in the store was very rude as if I had caused her bad mood. She threw my sub on the counter and her tone was ridiculous! I told her that she needed to address her tone because it was too early and I was tired ( which I was, just getting off a shift @ work) She then picked up a utensil, I believe, is used to cut the subs ( while she was not making the subs) I feel to threaten me. Then for absolutely no reason at all, she put me out. I don't know if she was, simply, having a bad day, but it also felt a bit racially fueled, unfortunately.
