This place is great for boba. Food and staff are great. 5 stars there! The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is because they NEED SECURITY BADLY. Twice I've gone and there's a homeless person outside harassing you for money or food. The first time wasn't so bad but tonight was pretty disgusting and awful. So much so that I felt unsafe and so did the other diners. A man walked in who was clearly in a psychotic state. Kept approaching us and others for money. When we waved for him to please go, he cursed at us. That was tolerable. But the next thing that happened is not. He then started spitting on the floor and THROWING UP very close to my friend who just froze in her seat. It seemed like he was doing it on purpose too. I thought he was gonna end up throwing up on her. Then he walked a few steps, stopped at another table to harass the diners there and started throwing up right there in front of them while we were all eating. Everyone was just shocked but didn't know what to do including the 2 ladies that worked the register. He eventually left. Things like this shouldn't happen in a dining establishment. I recently ordered the Fried Chicken Tender and Chicken Thai, three pieces of each. To my disappointment, the chicken Thai we received appeared to be old and was hastily refried before being served in a box. When I questioned the staff about the choice of using previously fried chicken, they displayed a complete disregard for my concern, which I found disrespectful.

However, the overall experience was marred by the subpar chicken Thai. Given the quality of the food and the indifferent response to customer feedback, I would caution others against purchasing fried chicken from this establishment. I had the Apple Oolong Tea with popping strawberry bubbles, It was very delicious. I drank it within approximately 10 seconds, LOL! I recommend their chicken wings, both spicy and regular are good, but beware when eating the spicy wings, because I almost died. Nevertheless, I rate this location a 5/5 because of their crispy, and juicy chicken. If you order chicken from here, you WON'T be disappointed, and do not expect dry chicken.
