This establishment has chairs inside to dine in, if you choose to do so, but yet there’s a “No Public Restroom” sign. Who does that? Either make it a take out establishment Only & remove the chairs, or Allow the paying customers to use the restroom. I get the fact that people off the street need to use the restrooms from time to time, and your too unprofessional to keep the rest rooms clean, but if people are spending their hard earned money to hand it over to you, then at least allow them to use the restroom while they wait for their food or chose to use the restroom because they also purchased a drink to go along with the food.

The sushi is great but for a huge lunch crowd-Students and people who work in the area. More than 1 person should perhaps be working the sushi bar. I’m literally here now waiting for my food and in observance you have to workers talking while one is preparing the sushi roll and I’ve been waiting for a total of 15 minutes or so. As I watch the grilled food being churned out so rapidly I can’t help but believe time could be use more wisely also as far as seating letting customers know you can’t take up seats to store your baggage due to limited seating …but the sushi is delicious and worth the wait

Horrible. They refused to take my order, at 9:29 because they said they were "closed" but they didn't close for another 30 minutes. Insane, because I specifically drove here for my meal break so I couldn't go anywhere else after this. IF YOU REFUSE SERVICE AT 9:30 CHANGE YOUR OPENING HOURS! Horrible first impression and I definitely won't be back.

You only have one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, this is one of these encounters wherein I was the only one in the restaurant when I walked in, but the staff exclusively prepared mobile orders for half an hour. Single queue mobile ordering has ruined fast-casual dining. It would have been useful to know in advance that there were eight mobile orders in front of my in-person order

The sushi was actually pretty good (5/5). The seaweed salad was pretty lousy. It consisted of a thin layer of taste-free seaweed laid atop a stack of cucumber...
