I gave it a fair chance. The food is very hit or miss and is over priced. Preparation/ recipes are inconsistent. First time I ordered a large granita the barista told me it comes with 3 shots of espresso, second time I was told 1 shot so I added 2 shots. I ended up paying $7 for something that they forgot to sweeten. My breakfast burrito which was also $7 was shockingly small (about 1/3 of a regular sized burrito). My only gripe is that some of the staff can be quite rude. At times there is no greeting or "thank you". Also often the younger male cashier won't say the total cost and then he looks annoyed that I don't just tap my card unprompted (sometimes people pay with cash, or just want to know their total before paying).
