New American best wings & pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

Staff is discourteous and rude. They do whatever they can to not give you the options that you order up to and including trying to charge extra at the register once the order has already been paid for. They offer a variety of seasonings for their wings and fry combos but then refuse to actually put the seasoning on the item stating that the whole wings do not get seasoning. If this is true then they should adjust their website so that it does not reflect having seasoning for whole wings as an option. One of the cashiers made a extremely rude comment to me so when I invited him outside to say it again he decided to reverse course and call the police. The chicken wings are decent size and flavor, The french fries are mediocre at best occasionally the pizza slices are good but today it was a stale and cold order I received. Based on the unannounced menu changing from an online order to when you pick it up but more importantly the shitty service from the shitty staff member I'll never ordered from here again. Today was a matter of convenience and location but Nick's Pizza is right up the street and I'll crawl on my hands and knees backwards because couple of blocks rather than order...

The Lady that answered the phone did not care about what I was saying to her all the concerns about my order after spending over $65 letting them Know that my order was incorrect. I just ordered half cheese half ground beef with peppers, but they messed the whole pizza up not doing half and half. My sandwich supposed to have tomato and ketchup.
